Taking down cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/boulders or brick masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dresses stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with burnt clay bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 3 above but except bricks.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angles and finishing exposed surface even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix cement plastering over brick wall in finished even and smooth and including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of any description and applying one coat of white cement wash on external surface including scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth by sanding of old painted surface with skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor (unreinforced) and pavings including tiles etc, n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains, side guide wall including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

S&F in repair 110mm bore HDPE pipe single socket with any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with clamp including tee, elbow, socket, bends etc including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type as per site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (steel) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in posts & struts in fencing using angle, iron or other sections, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate is also included locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing MS galavnised any size and type of minimum weight 2.5 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertain by BOO.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size & type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc. including provision of bindig wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwed the other each screw to be fitted with one washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolts not exc 5cm and dia of shank 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling MS work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails,braces, etc.,complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting in or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, confirming; Fe 410-W. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine precast colour concrete decorative interlocking paver block of a with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Gde complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) on new concrete painted surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise descriped over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for ultra design coloured tiles with PU coating of size 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick rubber moulded with white cement as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.
