Supply and fixing energy saving batten light fitting 230 Volts surface mounted complete with LED Tube light 20 watt and all accessories pre-wired, including providing flexible copper wire, three core cable PVC insulated sheathed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge

M & L for vertical type sheet steel enclouser distribution boards, double door factory made 3 phase 415 volts 8 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar of suitable size and PVC insulated copper jumpers from the MCCB to the out going circuits,complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix smart three phase four wire dual source prepaid energy meters BIS-16444 having current range 10-60 Amp 415 Volt accuracy class 1.0 complete in all respect. The smart meter should have compatible with server installed at GE(AF) Subrota Park, Delhi Cantt. Rate is deemed to be inclusive for this factor.

Supply and fixing ventilation fan of size 250mm sweep, 900 RPM 230 Volts single phase AC supply with louvers complete with ,bolts and nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible copper cord three core PVC insulated &overall sheathed of ssize 0.50sqmm from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge

Supply and fix Meter box made out enclosures are of 2.0 mm CRCA sheet powder coating for load bearing member & non load bearing member with aluminium busbar with colour coded heat shrinkable PVC sleeve and suport. Current density 1/Sqmm, including all internal wiring will be done with PVC insulated copper cable, space for energy meter 4 Nos, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, fabrication, assembly, wiring and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of from operated cubicle type compartmentalised, fromt access freestanding/wall mounted, dust and vermin proof (IP 65 ingress protection) main LT panel (out door type ) suitable for use at 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50Hz system, fabircated from 3.15mm thick CRCA sheets with hinged, gaskettd(metal based neoprene) and lockable door having structural reinforcement mounted on angle iron frame made out of 50x50x6mm frame with 6 nos legs not less than 45 cm fixed with nuts bolts of suitable size, including 3mm thick gland plates on top and bottom and including lifting hooks and including GI earth strip of required size with 2 Nos earthing terminals and including powder coated paint finish of approved shade over metal surface cleaned and treated with seven tank process complete with interconnections etc as per specifications, as required and as below:-

LT panel shall have provision for entry of cables from the top or bottom as required all live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The Busbars insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves. SMC/DMC shrouds and bus bar supports shall be used. Padlocking facility shall be provided on all outgoing feeders doors and switch handles shall be lockable in OFF position All accessories pre-wired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cables for control wiring and PVC insuated copper strips of appropriate size for power circuits as per standard engineering practice and required at site and suitable foundation for panel as per manufacturer recommendation.
