RECTIFICATION OF LEAKAGES IN 800MM TO 100MM DIA D.I. SUPPLY MAIN SUB MAIN PIPELINES INCLUDING OTHER ALLIED EXIGENT WORKS FOR WATER SUPPLY SCHEME SUKHNAG (STAGE CONTRACT 2021-22).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres (All kinds of soil). (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like. (Subject to actual quantities during execution and production of log book of the pump.)

Dismantling of C.I. / D.I. Pipes for rectification of leakages by means of replacing leaking rubber gaskets excluding excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes manually / mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes within a specified lead as per direction of Engineer Incharge including cost of extra lead involved if any and cutting of damaged ends and preparing the same for refitting, Complete Job. The job includes laying and fitting of dismantled pipes complete. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Providing, fixing of M.S fittings viz bends of suitable degrees / size to be fabricated out of 8mm to 10mm thick MS. plate as per the requirement of site. This item includes cost of lead, spun yarn and lead caulking, lead beating with insertion of spun yarn etc. The fittings should be leak proof and should be painted with Anticorrosive Red Oxide Primer and incld. all carriages, leads lifts, etc. complete. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Supply and Filling of trenches by GSB / Nallah Muck from approved source including all carriages upto actual site of work. The material shall be natural having durable particles graded from fine to coarse in a uniform combination with no boulders larger than 80mm in size. It shall not contain excessive quantity of loam. The item including ramming, consolidation in layers, charges of T&P, equipment’s etc. required for completion of job. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Removing of sluice valves at any spots including replacing of same after rectification of damages to rods or other accessories including dewatering as well as making of temporary arrangements of sluice valve during repairs including all carriages from site to workshop and back to site complete job. Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix). (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Providing and laying of dry stone soling in foundation/trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming including all carriages upto site of work. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.) .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size crushed stone aggregates) for saddle/anchor/thrust blocks. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete (TMT BARS) for saddle/anchor/thrust blocks. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, etc. for mass concrete. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed stone agg) excld. the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforced steel.) upto plinth level. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Shingle clearance from canals including extraction/ removal of isolated boulders. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Constructing muthu bunds, comprising boulders and wood bushes in alternate layers; including working in water situations. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Carriage of material from different sources to actual site of work by mechanical transport. i. Cement & Steel from local market for an avg. lead of 30 Kms.

ii. Sand and Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.

iii. 40mm dia. Stone aggregate for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.
