Taking down carefully of point wiring (Light , fan, socket or power complete fittings such as switches,Ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets, Bell push) removing from site of work and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc all as directed. NOTE :- Taking down of Light fitting, MCB, DB etc to be measured and paid separately.

Taking down carefully DB box and MCB SP/SPN/TPN of any sizes & capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge)

Point wiring using stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated Unsheathed complete in & including non metallic rigid PVC concealled conduit 1.6mm thick including all fittings and accessories, using new sunken pressed steel terminal boxes with frame and cover plate of suitable size for mounting of modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc fastened with chromium plated screws and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as continues earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as directed and as specified for the following. Make of cable:-Plaza/Finolex/Havell's/Polycab. Make of conduit :- Diplast/any ISI mark heavy duty.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 6 Sqmm by drawing into existing surface/ concealed conduit, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 6 Sq mm as continuous earth wire conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal part/main switch including taking down old Unserviceable submain wiring complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE :PLAZA /HAVELL's/FINOLEX/NICCO NOTE :- Two runs of single core PVC insulated standarad copper conductor and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one unit.

M&L in replacement of capacitor 2.5/3.15 mfd for the ceiling fan, exhaust fan, of any make/model/sweep, complete . Make:- EPCOS/NICCO/USHA/UNISTAR/PRIYA.

M&L Step regulator for ceiling fan switch type of any sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make Bajaj/Orient/Usha/Anchor

Disconnecting and taking down the complete ceiling fan with down rod from ceiling hook/Fan box any size /make/sweep at any location for carrying out over hauling such as cleaning ,oiling,lubricating,greasing etc and refixing the ceiling fan back on the same location & connecting it properly and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down and rewinding the ceiling fan motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage in replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing , greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, nut,bolt&washer etc and testing after reassembling and refixing at its original location complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC canopy of ceiling Fan of suitable size in repair complete al as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of down rod making holes for fixing the nut bolt for 1200/1400 mm ceiling fan as per original patterncomplete all as approved by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible wire copper conductor 1100 volt house wire grade confirm to IS 694/1990 0.75 sqmm twin core including making connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Chage. Make :Plaza/Kalinga/Polycab/Finolex/Havells/

Spray painting with synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour (as approved GE) after preparation/Making of old surface suitable for painting of ceiling fan of any sweep/Make/Model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make : Berger/Asian/Nerolac

Disconnecting and taking down the complete Exhaust fan any size /make/sweep at any location for carrying out over hauling such as cleaning ,oiling,lubricating,greasing etc and refixing the exhaust fan back on the same location & connecting it properly and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable motor and rewinding the Exhaust fan 300 MM singal phase 230 volt motor with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage of any make including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing , greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, replacement of missing/worn out nut,bolt & washer split pin etc and testing after reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan Louver for 300 mm in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supply & Fixing U-clamp complete with rubber real all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge
