Taking down ceiling fan of any make & sweep by disconnecting clips,lock nuts etc. from existing position of any height. (Note: Repair & maintenance shall be paid seperately under relevant items.)

Hanging only ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep and connecting up after repair & maintenance.

M&L for painting of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall circulator fans complete, in situ/lying in store with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling all components of ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep, cutting and removing burnt out copper winding from the rotor assy and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable guage and turns with necessary insulation materials, varnishing, reassembling, greasing to bearings, replacing bushes, replacement of capacitor and complete testing all as specified. Note :- (a) The spares like ball bearing, capacitor required for repair the fan will be measured and paid seperetely under respective item. (b) Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, grease, lubricants, machine screws, safety split pin, bolt/nuts and transportation to and from site to work place are deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Notes (i) The defective parts to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch . (ii) Cost of minor items i.e. Screws, nut & bolts etc shall be deemed to be included in the above item.

M&L for removing old burnt winding of exhaust fan 450mm sweep motor and rewinding the same with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including insulation ,drying after varnishing complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in- Charge. Note:- (i) Cost of dismantling all components of exhaust fan, greasing, re-assembling and complete teshting shall be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in repairs of capacitor 6 mfd ISI marked complete all as directed

Disconnecting of electric connection and dismantling complete solar water heating system FPC/ETC type of capacity 500 ltrs installed at single/double/triple storey building including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete and refixing after servicing/repairing the system fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for :- (a) Replace the worn out nuts bolts, washers, union, sockets, flanges and screws etc. (b) Descaling/ desludging, cleaning and washing of the solar FPC panel/ ETC pipes, hot water pipes, copper tubes, hot and cold water tanks by using appropriate chemicals and re-assembling the panel.

S&F in repair hot water storage tank of food grade stainless steel 200 ltr capacity with heat exchanger having thermic fluid / Anti - freeze solution complete suitable FPC (Flat Plate Collector) solar water heating system including opening the outer body removing the glass wool, fixing the tank and flling the glass wool as before, re-installing the outer body, connecting the inlet and outlet connection, air vent, replacing the inlet/ outlet nipple complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L as in repairs submain wiring with two single core cables PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor drawn in existing conduit with and including PVC FRLS insulated 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note : 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor shall be measured as single run.
