Taking down shutters of steel windows any size side hung or top hung (in Ground floor if done externally and in any floor if done internally ) for repair welding the damaged portion refixing the existing hinges or fixing the new hinges (as per site requirement) dismantling and refixing by welding/rivetting, and making good the shutter in good condition without any defects in welding grinding the welded surfaces and easing the window for smooth movement complete to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : Supply of item like hinges or FI Fillets will be measured and pid separately

M & L for making good the damaged / cracked / spalled concrete of RCC fins / facia /parapets / similar RCC articles by Chipping / scrubbing completely by wire brushes to make the surface rough to receive and applying two coats of epoxy based zinc rich primer master -Emaco P130 of BASF or its equivalent make on rebars @ 2.8 Kg / litre and applying solvent less epoxy resin based structural grade bonding agent on concrete surfaces and hand packing of cavities fibre reinforced thixotropic cementitious mortar for any thickness to match with the existing size of fins / facia / parapet including provision of chicken mesh/steel reinforcement if necessary including providing and fixing double scaffolding system upto G+2 bldg all as spcd and as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in padding concrete, roof kerbs, mud stops, roof padding etc using water proofing compound complete all Note : Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3,mixed with liquid WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of roof finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality, complete all as specified .
