SPECIAL REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROAD LEADING TO GATE NO 16 NEAR FCBRNP AT CME PUNE UNDER GE CME KHADKI

Scarifying or picking up gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Screening road metal, Chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying only (Except material) and compacting 75mm thk (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), ((obtained from item above screening road metal) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber required (type of aggregate granite, trap or basalt), except material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M &L Preparing unsurfaced WBM/WMM/bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms, and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc and for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 7.5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing surface etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Premix bituminous macadam bitumen (VG-30) with 4% binder content using paving bitumen) by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less).complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer( paving bitumion) VG-10 @ 2. 5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over bituminous macadam/existing black top etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..
