PART - A Testing of water sample: Testing of water sample of STP plant incoming sewage & outgoing effluent sample/ Domestic water/Pond water/ Swimming pool water at departmental Laboratory at western sector. water sample testing including supply of all required chemicals , manpower etc. following are Testing parameters like Ph, COD, BOD, TSS, Oil & grease , D.O. , Total nitrogen, Feacal coliform ,Total phosphorous , E-coli , TDS, Hardness, Turbidity, Total alkalinity, Sulfate , Iron, etc. All stp samples with desired parameters as per MPCB/CPCB to be tested ouside from NABL certified laboratory once in a month as per specification & Instruction of EIC. Note:- For the above work one laboratory Assistant required , with minimum qualification of B.Sc Chemistry having knowledge and one year experience of using Laboratory Equipments to be deputed at site.

PH Testing (Horiba make Ph buffer solution shall be used to calibrate) (Daily about 7 sample x 730 day)

Turbidity testing ( PALINTEST calibration solution shall be used to calibrate) (About 4 sample weekly x 104 week))

COD Testing (Aquafast COD Reagent 0-150mg/l shall be used) (About 7 sample weekly x 104 week)

PART- B : Comprehensive maintenance including calibration of Laboratory Equipments. Note: Testing Equipment shall be calibrated from NABL ACCREDITED certified laboratory. (For 24 month AMC period two times calibration of equipments to be done as calibration certificate is valid for one year) or once expired. No extra payment for the spare parts , repairing of laboratory equipments , calibration & calibration solution as whole thing included in AMC contract amount itself.failing the same will be penalised double the amount as per the respective equipment cost mentioned in PART-B.
