Supply and installation and commissioning and testing factory made LT panel board CPRI approved suitable for 3 phase and 4 wire and 440 Volts AC supply (a) outdoor cubical type and size not less than 1200 by 1200 by 600 mm (b) dust and vermin proof powder coated and made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50 by 50 by 6 mm both side openable double door type with proper locking arrangements duly finished with using powder coated paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer all over steel surfaces with 75 cm high angle iron legs welded on four corners of frame embedded in PCC 1 2 4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate upto 30 cm foundation and proper gland packing (c) lugs and nuts bolts etc for all cables and comprising of following accessories including disconnecting and taking down existing panel etc complete all as directed with sufficient working space with and including to accommodate the following accessories (One Job) (i) Aluminium bus bar 800 Amps rating 3 phase 4 wire system (ii) Digital voltmeter 0 to 500 V 01 Nos (iii) Digital ammeter 0 to 800 Amps with CTs 01 Set (iv) LED type indicator 230 volts for RYB 01 Set (Location Near Directors Benglow) Note (i) Earth strip and its protection pipe upto and including 7 and 5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth lead and protection pipe and if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule (ii) Any joints in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed or permitted.

MCCB 400 Amp 4 pole 415 voltas adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release 4 pole 400 Amps with breaking capacity 35 KA (incoming) 01 Nos General Instruction or ATC (a) Old LT panel with complete components will be dismantled and transported and deposited at MES store yard where directed The bidder should give original products. The bidder should get sample approval of all the items prior to supply. Genuine products to be delivered. No part payment allowed and also no part supply allowed. Decision of the Engineer-in-Charge or buyer is final. The items supplied will be under warranty of 1 year. The bidder should accept if any repairs occurred and the rectification of supplied items during the warranty period will rectify within 2 days time limit. No products accepted with damage and the same should be replaced by the bidder at free of cost. The work is to be executed in restricted area having security implication and also working hour restricted. The bidder should have necessary logistical support at local station in order to attend the repair & maintenance of vehicle at short notice. The bidder should submit certificate duly accepting of all terms of conditions given above.
