Engagement of Excavator(JCB) for Land development works including cutting of wild trees, leveling, dressing, scraping of existing road surface, dismantling of brick drain etc. as per direction of EIC.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel II. Other than SAIL/ TATA/RINL

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Filler joint (iii) Providing and fixing in position 20 mm thick pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20 mm, covered with sealant complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Filler joint (iv) Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% bitumen by weight

Application of priming coat for standard bituminous waterproofing treatment over concrete surface with Bitumen primer of approved brand fulfilling the provision of I.S. 1346 – 1991 & 3384 - 1986 applied @ 0.27 Liters /Sq.m. over clean and prepared roof surface complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. (depth of cutting upto 450 mm)

Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 25 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete. Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. (As per clause 601 of specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Carriage of boulder from different areas of Power Plant withn a distance of 5 km including loading into truck and unloading at destination including carriage by head load a distance of 30 mtrs. at each of the twopoints.

Spreading and laying of boulder in layer by layer, sorting, screening, breaking the boulders, filling the gaps with small stone pieces of boulder spoils, building formation and safe as per direction of EIC excluding the cost of boulder and carriage

Spreading and consolidating Moorum to a depth of 75 mm at desired density and C.B.R. as per specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants etc. complete as per specification.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in moorum soil (depth not exceeding 1500 mm) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.
