Excavation in any type of soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for laying of under ground cable and getting out in ay type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour river washed and screened clean dry sand filling in trenches below and above/around underground cable, punning properly for cushioning cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm.

Supply and fixing tubes, light grade, galvanished iron with all fittings and laid in trenches under road/drains fixed to poles/walls with FI clamp bolts, nuts and washers of 100 mm dia.

Taking down old under ground cables XLPE insulted screened PVC bedded, galvanised steek strip armoured electric power cable (heavy Duty) with aluminium conductor HT 11000 volts grade and cross section area of size to 95 sqmm 120 sqmm 3 core.

Taking down old unserviceable Insulator and HT overhead aluminium conductor 11000 volts all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of XPLE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire amoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, earthed grade cross sectionl area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of cable XPLE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire amoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, earthed grade cross sectionl area 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour/T&P for rerouting the old existing taking down cable as ref srl item No 7 to various locaions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work will be measured and paid separatly.

Supplying, jointing & testing out door type cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type and joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing & testing out door type cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type and joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm.

Material and labour for cable route indicators, engraved with type, size and voltage of cable painted, embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 of size 150x100mm fixed in ground at 5m height above ground level with the 40x40x5 mm MS angle indicating the route of cable all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level connected and including GI stripp 32mmx6mm (upto the body of equipment by means of GI bolts, nts check nuts and washers earth paltes surrounded by poacked layers of coal dust earth plate surrounded by packed layers of coal dust bore of GI pipe light grade all as shown in electrical Plate No 5 Part-I testing on completion including RCC (1:2:4) pit cover and PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI Earthing strip of size 32X6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning and testing of air break gang operated triple pole switch 12 insulators, out door type of capacity 200 Amps AC mechanically operated mounted on insulators and frame with operating mechanism work from ground level complete with locking arrangements incl pad locks with key Make: Godrej/Harrison complete with fuse monts, fuse carriers and fuse elements having 100 MV rating at 11 KV and insulator suitable for 11KV, H 50 C/s and connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT fedder pillar box outdoor type factory made weather and vermin proof made out from 3.15mm sheet supported with legs 45cm long made of angle iron 50x50x5mm of size1.2mx1mx1m with 03 Nos 0.8m aluminium bus bar of size 40x40mm or 400 Amps for 11 KV, 11 KV post insulator 06 Nos duly drilled hole for HT cable connection including front and rear side openable with locking arrengment suitable for 11 KV HT and provision for incoming and outgoing HT cable connection including painting with two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamels paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and providing security fence XPM jally type of 2 mtr height from ground level square type all rounded 2.5 mtr length with 9nos angle iron of 25x25x5mm of hight 2.25m (2m above ground 0.25 m under ground) including necessary location gate of same XPM jally all as specified and directed by engineer encharge. Note:- Fedder piller box shall be mounted on brick plate form built in (1:4) not less then 60 CM above ground level with suitable PCC foundation rendring 15 mm in CM (1:6) applying two coats and cement base paints and XPM jally supported on 9 nos angle iron with concrete base.

Material and labour for Lightning arrestor (set of three) HT metal oxide surge arrester polymeric type complete with all fittings ,rated voltage 12 KV continuous operating voltage 11 KV, normal discharge current 10 KA, 65 KV dischatge capacity etc complete all specified confirming to IEC-600994-2001 complete all as specified and all as directed.
