Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Granular sub-base by providing close graded Material,mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC,carriage of mixed Material to worksite,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam 150mm thick,including pre mixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mixplant,conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers using pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to acheive the desired density including cost of material,labour charges,rentals for machinery,fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2Kg of Bitumen Emulsion(RS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material,labourcharges,rentalsformachinery,fuelandall other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm,0.17cumof 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG 30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc.,including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tCMP with bitumen boiler,tippertrucks,Paver Finisher,Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required,including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50-13.20mm,0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG 30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen,aggregate and mixing the min required temperature using Central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paversite,spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required densityetc.,including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire and fuel charges for 20-30 tCMP with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,Paver Finisher,Vibratory roller and all other tools and plan trequired,including all other incidental chargesetc.,complete as per specifications

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering for flooring and foundation and including side shuttering, compaction, curing etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge machine crushed hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm Centre to Centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid-Upto Basement - Plain Surface

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
