As per L. No. 2011/M9M&P)/7/2/Guidelines dated 23.01.2020; dispensation in eligibility criteria is provided. The firm has to produce proof of it's being the OEM firm in the following ways:- (i)Submission of Certificate of Original Equipment Manufacturer of ELGI make 1750LPM oil lubricated Compressors of Model No. RR20100 CG(M) of WAG-9/WAP-7 locomotives (ii)Documentary Proof on Supply/Manufacture/Maintenance of ELGI make 1750LPM oil lubricated Compressors of Model No. RR20100 CG(M) of WAG-9/WAP-7 locomotives to Indian Railways. (iii)Proof of Payments received against Supply/Manufacture/ Maintenance of ELGI make 1750LPM oil lubricated Compressors of Model No. RR20100 CG(M) of WAG-9/WAP-7 locomotives from Indian Railways.

For service contracts, MSE's registered with District Industries Centers, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Khadi and Village Industries Board, Coir Board, National Small Industries Corporation, Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, Any other body specified by Ministry of MSME, for the work tendered herewith shall be exempted from payment of minimum EMD and Cost of tender document. Documentary evidence/certificates in this regard should be uploaded for such exemption.
All documents being submitted by the Tenderer(s) alongwith their offer shall have to be self attested by the Tenderer
The earnest Money and tender documents cost in respect of e- tendering will be accepted through net banking on payment gate way only.
Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) will not be accepted as EMD for tender invited on IREPS (e-tender portal). (Authority Railway Boards Letter No. 2014/CE- 1/WP/5 of 01.09.16
Every tenderer shall state in the tender his postal address fully and clearly along with mail-id & mobile number. Any communication sent in time to the tenderer by post at the said address shall be deemed to have reached the tender duly and in time. Important documents shall be sent by Registered post.
Contractor has also to submit execution programme within 15 days of issue of Acceptance letter or at the time of signing CA whichever is earlier.
Any Conditional offer will be summarily rejected.
