Supply only Water proofing compound complete.

Supply only chicken wire mesh 22 gauge of size not less than 20X20mm complete all as specified & as directed. Make : Swastik or equivalent as approved

Applying acrylic wall care putty on walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Baroda Green marble, machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 20 mm thick including bull-nose the front length, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.
