Dismantling water tanks and removing capacity exc. 500 & not exc. 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position (cleaning repairing etc measured separately) capacity exc. 500 & not exc. 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt duly spraying diluted bleaching powder and rubbing with wire brushes etc from tank any type (AC or PVC) and from mouth of circulating pipes etc exc. 500 ltr not exc. 1000 tlr capacity complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 750 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (Cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc. 10cm girth all as directed.

M & L cutting hole in brick walls/stone walls exc one brick but not exc 2 bricks for any purpose and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceedidng 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase 25mm thick all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300mmx200mmx7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat 10mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour joint free Non-Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 110 mm PVC (SWR) junction single (single Y) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing & connections, including cleaning for refixing or offering credit as per schedule of credit all as directed.

All as per item No.13 above, but 20mm bore

Supply and fixing 15mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fitting & fixed complete to walls or ceiling or laid in floors all as specifeid and directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fitting & fixed complete to walls or ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 630x450mm excluding taps, waste chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets, waste coupling, waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including P or S trap provision of flush pipe , plastic seat cover for pedestal pan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm fancy type bib tap, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling up the gaps at junction, i.e top, bottom and sides with requried EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket work for alunimium doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (fixed portions) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : 1) The quoted rate is including the necessary scaffolding work upto (G+2) , 2) any damages to the existing glasses and materail should be replaced by contractor, without any extra charges.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

M & L for false ceiling with 4mm thick designer 'E' board fixed on GI grid work with powder coated finish on exposed surface of size 0.6 x 0.6m consisting of GI angle supported on wall of size 24mm x 28 x 0.7mm main tee of size 24mm x38mm x 0.7mm cross tee of size 24mm x 28mm x 0.7 mm using porpose made members interlocking to each other and with 40mm x 3mm flat GI mild steel strip suspender made to shape at 1200mm c/c fixed with 3mm dia GI wire and making holes etc all as directed including two coats of white wash on ceiling after preparation of surfaces and as per manufacture instruction make of GI Grid work : Armstrong/Swastik/Techno Grid and Make E board Gypsum or equivalent approved .

M & L prepartion of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron of any desciption over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
