Note (1) :The tenderer are required to attach the clear and readable photographs of his sample of tendered medicine/items to be supplied showing the details of (1) Brand Name of the product ,(2) Composition ,(3) MRP ,(4) Address of Manufacturing unit ,(5) Licence Details, (6) Name of the marketing firm.

If supply is to be made through Authorized distributor/ supplier, then the tenderer shall attach the authorization letter containing the Name of Authorized distributor/ supplier along with complete address and contract details such as mobile number, email id etc along with the offer, failing which offer will be summarily rejected.

The tenderer shall mention the offered make of the tendered item in the remark column of the financial bid. Otherwise the offer will be summarily rejected. The offer having make as per tender shall only be accepted.

The firm will quote price as free delivery on FOR destination basis unless otherwise indicated in the tender enquiry. (for all items)

Earnest money/security deposit EMD/SD is exempted for the firms which are registered on any of the zonal railways. Only offers received through IREPS will be accepted and will be further considered. No manual offer will be accepted.

The Firms which are registered for supply of medical stores and consumable items on any of the zonal railways are only eligible to participate in this tender. The firm must upload the valid registration certificates issued by competent railway authority along with the offer. Offers without valid registration certificate will be summarily rejected.

If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from Micro and Small Enterprise (in percent of order value ) with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST. (Information will be provided in % terms with 6 fields; Micro owned by SC , Micro owned by ST , Micro owned by others, Small industry owned by SC, Small industry owned by ST , Small industry owned by Others)

Bidders are required to go through the attached RDSO medical tender conditions before submitting their offer. Offers not fulfilling these tender conditions are liable to be rejected.

Firms are advised to submit copy of recent purchase/supply orders available to justify the Offered rate of the item in the tender enquiry bid.

The Tenderer shall mention the MRP rate of the offered product with supporting documents.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
