GENERAL SUMMARY NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part II to VI are prepriced by MES under Ser Nos. 2.00 to 6.00. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only.

SCHEDULE "A" PART -I (BUILDING WORK/ SUN SHELTER) Design, Construction and Erection of Pre-Engineered Buildings (Six units in a series with a crumple junction after three units) steel structure of each size 32mx25mx8m (clear inner dimensions) with Alu-zinc colour coated profiled steel roofing sheets 0.55mm thick (TCT) and yield strength of 550 MPa in roofing and cladding in gable portion camouflage pattern including RCC foundation, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, bird proofing net, rain water eaves gutters and down take pipes etc complete all as specified and as shown on approved drawings. Note for item No 1.01 :- (i) PEB structure to be designed to withstand 180 Km/hr (both in line and cross winds) and based on soil parameters. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of designing and vetting of design of PEB structures by IISC Bangalore/ IITs/ NITs. The design (showing full calculations and details) vetted by IISc Bangalore/ IITs/ NITs shall be submitted to the department as per time schedule. (iii) Suitable eves gutters and rainwater downtake pipes as required shall be provided to divert rain water from the roof to ground level . (iv) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost for provision of necessary arrangement for fixing light fittings.

SCHEDULE "A" PART -VII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Note:- This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col.' 5 ' signifies this fact only.

M & L for saw cutting full depth (min 350mm ) of existing PQC slab of foundation work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demollition of cement concrete (unreinforced) including PQC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for by using pneumatic tools and removal of demolished materials ( demolished flexural concrete/PQC and concrete sub base, excavated soil etc )to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and but not exceeding 5.00 KM (Out side of MD Land) and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 300mm thick (Compacted thickness) Granular sub base course (GSB) Grade II , in two layers (150mm each layer) over compacted subgrade with stone aggregates , spreading, levelling, and rolling with vibratory compactor and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dry clean sand passing through IS Sieve 2.36mm and held in IS sieve 600 micron, spread and compacted to 10mm thickness laid over PCC layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for Polythene film in single layer of 400 micron thickness, virgin quality as per ASTM D2103 / IS 2508 laid over sand cushion layer with side and end overlapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for over lapping. (b) Sand layer will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

M & L for Pavement Quality Cement Concrete (PQC) work in pavement of flexural strength 45 kg / sqcm (lower control limit - LCL) in field using minimum 400 kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with and including triangular/ non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement, spread and compacted by using slip form paver, thickness of concrete 350mm all as specified including necessary form work, bull nosing / rounding off edges, finishing by mechanical brooming / belting, curing etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Construction joints/ dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (c) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (d) Non circular fiber synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of BOQ. (e) Maximum cement content shall be 425 kg / cum and design mix shall be based on the same.

Supply only polyster triangular fiber as secondary reinforcement in all type of concrete and mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 25mm wide expansion joint, filled with compressible synthetic filler board, for complete depth of joint, provision of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene rod shall be of 15 mm) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN - 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistance test) priming the sides, with minimum MAF ±30 % (with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The make of filler board shall be of brand "DURA board HD 100" manufactured by M/s Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after. (b) The synthetic filler board shall be premoulded compressible black in colour having minimum density of 100(±)10%Kg/cum, water absorption less than 0.09Kg/sqm and compression recovery of 93%. (c) The make of polyethylene rod shall be of brand "DURA Rods" manufactured by M/s Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after. (d) The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22Kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40Kg/sqm, 25% greater than the joint width, of white colour. (e) Primer to be used before filling sealant (f) Edges shall be bevelled and joints cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete. (g) The exposed vertical faces of slab shall be applied with one coat of white wash.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints, cutting 100mm deep with 3mm width as initial cutting and secondary cutting of 25mm deep from the top and 8mm wide using diamond cutter to accommodate polyethylene backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene rod shall be of 15mm) complying with BS:5212, BS:4254 and EN-41875 -2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistance test), priming the sides, minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF)±30% with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The make of polyethylene rod shall be of brand "DURA Rods" manufactured by M/s Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after. M & L painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc., on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with aqua based road marking paint, white, golden, yellow, orange or red colour via mechanical means, complete all as specified and as directed. .

Cutting circular hole of dia 200 mm and 50 mm deep of any grade of concrete, cut to shape using concrete cutter, drilling holes of 24 mm dia, 2 nos, to a depth of 200 mm, fixing 20mm dia round bars inverted "U" shape with minimum 200 mm anchorage projecting upto 50mm to be flush with cut concrete surface, exposed steel surface painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome primer, grouting the drilled holes using solid grout with high flow non shrink cementious grout, after applying bonding coat leaving the 200mm dia circular hole open to 50mm depth as in mooring rings complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The concrete cutting shall be carried out by concrete cutter DCH 300 of DD 200 machine of HILTI, holes bored by TE 70 Combi -hammer of HILTI. (b) The grout shall be of Comextra brand and bonding agent of Nitobond EP of M/s Fosroc India or Equivalent of makes as listed hereinafter.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION. S&F LED high bay light (round) having high efficiency with pressure die-cast housing,having fin ventilation technology for better thermal management, having effiiciency of 150 Lm/ Watt, of capacity of 150 watt, IP 65, 240 Volt, 50 HZ, for installation in hanger roof by providing all necessary accessories, MS clamp for hanging and fixing of light fitting including making electrical connection by providing 1.5 Sqmm x 3 core sheathed flexible copper conductor cable from light fitting to source/ ceiling rose of supply complete all as specified and directed. Make:- SAUCERGENXMIDHBP150WLED857PWBBORL Make -Havells or equivalent as per list of make. Note : (i) All LED Highbay light fittings street lights shall be properly connected with earth dolly provided with fittings and earth conductor/ earth wire. (ii) All LED lights have replacement warranty of 3 years from the date of completion of the contract. Contractor has to submitt warranty certificate from manufacturer . Payment of light fitting will be released after receiving of 3 year replacement warranty certificate. (iii) The LED lights will replaced by the contractor free of cost in the case of manufacturing defects and Failure due to electrical impact. (iv) The contractor shall submit the surge protection certificate and Type test certificate LM 79, LM 80 for luminaries. (v) All LED fitting shall be identified by printing or fixing stickers duly mentioned the C.A number and date of completion. (vi) For any change in product or change in catalogue No. etc due to technological upgradation, letter has to be obtained from the lighting company on their letter head signed by an offical of National level. (vii) All T& P required at site for installation of light on Pole / Bldg /Tower or at any location shall be arranged by contractor

S & F of MCB TPN 32 Amp, 415 Volts, 50 Hz with 10 KA, C series complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 10 KA B Curve miniature circuit breaker(MCB) SP and current carrying capacity 16 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L factory made powder coated indoor type MS box of size 600 x 600 x 150mm (Single Door) with 2.00mm thick, dust proof with front opening dooor and locking arrangement, made out of 2mm thick MS sheet for mounting of Distribution Board, inside the box fixed on the wall by necessary arrangements, opening for incoming cable at bottom and arrangements to pass submain wiring with conduit at the top of the Box to be made as per site requirement and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Anti Collision LED neon STRIP light rope of length 5 Mtr duly fixed at entry and exit of the shelter and of colour as specified by the user and of capacity of lightening not less than 10 Watt 220 Volt , 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY/LIGHTENING PROTECTION S & F cable route marker made up of cast iron (Round Dia ) of 100 mm round plate, 3 mm thick fixed on MS angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm, 800mm height fixed in ground over the cable route with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine without distrubing the road surface / Pavment surface/ Hard standing /RCC surface for laying of GI pipe/ HDPE pipe of max size 150mm bore for protection of LT cable laid in underground all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of HDPE pipe for protection of cable will be paid separately under relevant item.

Note for item Sl No. 28 & 30: LT Panels (i) Contractor shall submit the general arrangement drawing of LT Panel and take prior approval of GE before placing the order for procurement. (ii) Contractor shall provide Phase barriers and spreader terminals with all MCCB`s. (iii) Contractor shall provide metal gland, suitable size aluminium lugs/ copper lugs as per cable size, steel nut bolts etc for connection of cable in Panel box. (iv) Make of MCCB`s and MCB`s shall be of Make : L&T/ Legrand/ Siemens/ Schinder. (v) Contractor shall submit the Purchase Voucher and Test certificate of Panel. (vi) Rotary handle to be provided for all MCCB for control and operation of MCCB. (vii) The copper bus bar of out going feeders (extension link from bus bar to out going MCCB/ MCB`s) shall not be less than 1.5 times the rated current of individual out going feeders.

S&F for Test point junction box made of polycarbonate without terminal block 130x180x77 mm IP 66 halogen free and weather proof including four hexagonal anticorrosive screws for out door installation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 3.0 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25m below ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earth lead by brass nut bolts washer including brazing the copper strip with copper plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point including necessary excavation in any type of soil(except rock), filling charcoal and salt around the plate in layers , filling the pit with agriculture soil free from stones, to be bring from outside defence land, and to be mixed with and including bentonite - 03 bags of 25 KG each for each pit, construction of PCC earth pit chamber of size 900 x 900 x 450 mm , RCC chamber cover plate, wire mess, funnel, test point, 32 mm dia GI protection pipe light grade and 40 mm GI medium grade perforated pipe for watering etc complete and testing on completion. The electrode and lead shall be of copper all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fresh agriculture soil will be used for filling the dug as required to achieve the desired resistance from out side (ii) Contractor has to provide bentonite -03 Bags ( each bags of 25 KG) to mix with fresh agriculture soil in each earth pit to achive desired resitance. (iii) Copper strip will be laid below 100mm from ground level and connected to test point through plinth protection. (iv) Necessary cost of repair to plinth protection and connected plate and earth continuity conductor through double nut bolt and brazing of joints, argiculture soil to be bring from out side deemed to be included in the item rate. (v) Copper strip upto 7.5 RM will be included in the item rate and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately. (vi) Contractor has to clear the site and disposed of the excavated soil (obtained from the pit ) from the site at the location as directed by Engineer in charge. (vii) Earth test point to be made inside earth pit by providing joint between downward conductor/strip coming from ground to earth continuity strip going to LT Panel.

M&L for maintenance free chemical earthing using isogel of Tercel or equivalent of Eric or Unitech or JMV LPS limited, earth enhancing compound 40 Kg use of 3 copper rods of 16mm dia 3 mtr long and place this in 65mm bore pack filled with mixture of isogel and soil, below in the ground and back filled with mixture of isogel and soil. The connection of copper strip with the rod shall be down Bi-Metallic "U" clamps. One 25mm x 3mm copper strip shall be used to extend the earth point upto the test point made of brass of size 120mm x 120mm x 25mm in IP 55 enclosure. The earth pit chamber cover shall be made of plastic material. It is to be ensured and tested that earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover (b) Excavation/earthwork is deemed to be included in the quoted rate (c) In case of desired test result is not achieved, the earthing shall be redone with out any extra cost to the department.

M&L earthing of equipment (LT Panels) complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to earth lead strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of glavanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point including necessary excavation in any type of soil(except rock), PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-1 with suitable size of CI Cover plate with angle iron frame and opening arrangement) including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20mm bore GI watering pipe (light grade) wire mesh, lugs, complete in all respect including GI earth strip 32 x 6mm, 40mm bore (Medium grade) GI pipe upto earthing test point as directed, including disposal of soil to a distance not exc 50mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be inclusive for providing test point with nomenclature of earthing of MS plate mounted on PCC foundation.
