Dismantling the existing defective Cables (Approx 20 mtrs)at the Garden including old defective fittings (02 nos) with all defective,unwanted connecting accessories etc. including carrying the same to the dumping area without disturving the day to day Govt works as well as providing uninterrupted power supply by temporary arrangement by the help of 1 no.Semi skilled electrician and 1 no unskilled helper for 1 no. working day as per direction of E.I.C

SITC of Feeder Piller Box having over all dimention of 1500 mm x 1000 mm x 460 mm or suitable size for accomodation of all accessories .The body and upper portion of the piller box made of 14 SWG thick MS sheet and bottom portion with 4mm thick MS plate rigidly fixed with nuts &bolts. The piller box having both side of double door opening with suitable handle on both sides & also ventilation arrangement of the two sides with fully protected by closemesh brass nut. Special almirah locking to be provided with 3 nos keys. A suitable size of hylamp sheet must be provided in the middle portion of the piller box for holding the incoming and outgoing electrical accessories as per direction of EIC. Additional provision for pad locking also to be provided for both sides. The leg of the piller box will be made of 50x50x6 mm angle iron of the height. The provision of earth terminals at the both sides to be provided.All the connection shall be made with suitable size flex cu. wire.The piller box is to be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over two coats of R.O. primer and lower portion of the piller box with two coats of black enamel paints after finishing the surface properly The all fafbrication work should be done as per direction of EIC. The piller box comprises the following switches& accessories fitted on flat iron structure . The following electrical equipments are to be fitted inside of the feeder piller box. Incoming : a) 415V,63A TPN main switch with sheet steel enclosure including 3 nos HRC fuse and nutral link -1 (One) Set (Make- L&T)

Outgoing : a) 415V,63A 4 way double door horizontal TPN MCB distribution board with 1P-42/43 protection, including one (1) no. 4 pole 63A MCB isolator as incommer and 12 nos. 10-32A SPMCB as outgoing. (Make- Legrand) to be fixed on that piller box through providing suitable accessries as per direction of EIC- 1 (one) Set . b) Single phase timer box with 12 Way SPNDB , with locking arrangement & DIN Rail consisting of following items including necessary interconnection by suitable size of stranded PVC insulated 1.1 kv grade copper wire after crimping as per direction of EIC and suitable auto-manual bypass arrangement--03 (Three) sets (Make-L&T/Legrand/Crabtree/ABB/Siemens).Timers are to be fixed on that piller box through providing suitable accessries as per direction of EIC. Timer DB's are consits of- i)DIN mounted Digital/ Analog timer having provision of adjustment 24 hour( Make- L&T / Legrand/ ABB). ii) DIN mounted power contactor with 250 volt magnetic coil with 2- pole 40A having 1 NO & 1 No. NC contactor.( Make- L&T / Siemens / Havells / Legrand / Schneider/ABB). iii) 2- pole 40 Amp 10 KA DIN mounted DPMCB isolator curve ( Make- Legrand/ Siemens / L&T / Schneider/ ABB). iv) One No. red 240 V LED indicator for indicating Auto & Bypass indication ( Make- L&T / Kayee/ ABB/ Schneider) -- 1 V) Centre off two way toggle switch-1 no.(Approve make) c) Double door (2+6) way SPNDB with IP-42/43 protection with 1 no. 40A DPMCB isolator as incommer and 6 nos. 6-16A SPMCB as outgoing. (Make- L&T/Standard/ABB)--03(Three) set. SPNDBs are to be fixed on that piller box through providing suitable accessries as per direction of EIC d) Danger plate-1No. The piller box has to be installed with brick foundation of size 600x1100x680mm(HxLxB) or required size with hard jhama cement mortar soiling at bottom 300mm below from GL incl. neatly plastered & cemented as directed by EIC.

Supplying and Delivery of following 1.1 KV grade Al. armoured XLPE cable (Make: Gloster/Havells/polycab/KEI/Mescab/RR kable as per choice of E.I.C) a) 4 Core 25 sqmm

b) 3 core 10 sqmm

c) 3 core 4 sq mm

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish.(From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc).

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : a) 4 core 25 sqmm

b) 3 core 10 sq mm

c) 3 core 4 sq mm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. a) 4 core 25 sqmm

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required a) 32 mm dia

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (TATA Medium) 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S &F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core 3 X 22/0.3(1.5 sqmm) stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire(Make- Gloster/KEI/RR Kable/Polycab/Mescab) in 19mm dia polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required

Supply & delivery of IP65 rated LED type Bollard light fittings with pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser (make-Crompton Liara, Cat no: LBLSN-10-CDL/Equivalent of Philips, Panasonic as per direction of E.I.C)

Fixing of the bollard light on the pre-casted base with nuts bolts as required.Bolts are to be duly grouted on the foundation maintaining proper allignment with the holes on the base of the bollard light including making necessary CC(6:3:1) circular foundation having dimension of 8" dia and 8" height above the ground level and 30" below the ground level with neatly cemented finish (3mm thick)after excavation of soil 450mm X450mmX760mm and filling and ramming of surface and providing passage for cable entry as required as as per direction of EIC

Supply and fixing of IP65 rated LED Step light for outdoor application including making necessary housing on wall and the fittings placed in that wall surface including necessary connection and earthing attachment as per direction of EIC (make- Crompton-BEACON CB-611-06-57-SL-CP-NGG/equivalent to Philips/Legrand, as approved by E.I.C).

Supply and delivery of IP66 rated outdoor applications 30W LED Floodlight with all accessories (make-Panasonic,Cat no. PFLM11308, CCT 5700K,efficacy>=100 Lpwatt /Equivalent of Philips/Wipro as approved by E.I.C)

Supply and delivery of IP65 rated outdoor applications 50W LED Floodlight with all accessories (make-Crompton,Cat no. TFS-S21-50-30-NL-SL-NS-GL-NSG, CCT 3000K,efficacy>=100 Lm/watt /Equivalent of Philips/Wipro as approved by E.I.C)

Fixing of LED Floodlight fitting on top of masonary structure by 3 Nos. 10 mm dia x 87 mm long rag bolts, nuts & double washers complete either 37 mm x 10 mm MS flat support/or by other means as required

Supplying ,fabrication and fixing of M.S Grill guard(300mmX250mm X 200 mm) (approx) for flood light fittings by 25 mm X 25mm x 5 mm M.S angle welded and fabricated with hing 2- palla door incl. S&F of Godrej Lock & kEY including S&F of MS wire net (8 SWG) with 1"x1" gap to be fixed on the grill guard on each side with necessary painting with 02 coat of R.O. primer.The grill guards are to be fixed on the ceilling surrounding the flood light with necessary fasteners /nuts -bolts as required as per direction of E.IC. Sample of the stucture must be approved from E.I.C before execution of work .
