Architectural Pole Made of hot dip galvanised mild steel pipe sections 89mm dia.& 48mm dia. inside & outside covered by decorative cast iron base and columns. Decorative Cast iron Base design starting with dia 260mm for 130mm height, followed by a ring of 260 dia gradually tapering to a flat round surface of dia 170mm for 366mm height again followed by a ring dia 210mm and gradual tapering upto a dia 92mm,which makes the total height of decorative cast iron base as 700mm. Decorative cast iron base should be provided with a flush door of length 228mm, width 124mm. Decorative cast iron flower starting with a dia 102 mm increasing gradually to 160mm and then tapering to a dia 99mm, height of cast iron flower 304 mm. 2 nos of Decorative cast iron column- dia 80mm and having continuous grooves of 5mm depth total height of each pillar is 750mm for each column and Decorative Cast iron top starting with dia 80mm and a ring of dia 96mm at height of 160mm then gradually increasing to dia 120mm the top half of the decorative top should have grooves of depth 5mm, total height of cast iron top is 334mm..Entire pole shall be made to provide pleasing aesthetics as approved.. After Fabrication, Entire Pole is hot dip galvanized(60 microns Minimum ) for the effective corrosion resistance. Decorative Pedastal: The hot dip Galvanised pole should be provided with an inbuilt junction box to fix 32A connectors and 6A MCB, at the bottom - the inbuilt box should have a flush door of suitable size. The decorative pedastal to be mounted on a suitable size steel plate. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed RCC foundation. wind pressure calculation as per IS 875(part-3) & structural calculation report as per EN40 should be submitted to verify the pole design. Pole & parts are painted in 3 layer coating(coating thickness-100 microns minimum) in which 1st layer with etch primer, 2nd layer with epoxy primer & 3rd final layer with PU paint - customised colour Metallic Grey. Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required - 1 X 1.5 sqmm (Make – Finolex / Polycab).

Supplying of 4 x 25 sqmm sizes of armoured aluminium PVC U.G cable – 1.1KV grade. (Make – Finolex / Polycab).

Supplying of 4 x 6 sqmm sizes of armoured copper PVC U.G cable – 1.1KV grade. (Make – Finolex / Polycab).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation , sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc.as required - Upto 35 sq.mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL pipe as required - upto 35 sq.mm.

Supply, erection,testing and commissioning of one no of SMC Box (Make: Sintex) with metering and Timer panel board for the power supply to over all size 850mmx350mmx250mm made out of Glasswool with resin material. The front side top portion have energy meter with viewing glass with 10mm hylem sheet. The bottom side compartments with 40-63A rating, TPN MCB,C'series 10KA breaking capacity (Make-Siemens/ABB),1No of Timer switch (Daily) along with battery backup to 200hrs (Make -L&T-Kagger/Legrand-Lexic),1no.60A power conductor (Make-C&S/L&T),1no of toggle switch (Make-C&S). The switch units are to be fixed with in the allotted size in the 10mm hylem sheet. The bottom sheet of the shell should be of PVC thick roll sheet for cable entry. The panel has to be mounted 75mmx75mm 6mm MS 'L angle on the floor with in the height of 600MM.Interior connection between the switch fuse units are to be done with 2.5/6.0/10.0Sqmm ISI marked, FR PVC insulated,single core copper conductor cable.(Make-Finolex/Polycab). The door should be flush type inter locking in one position. The panel provided with removable type pland plated to the bottom and with sufficient holes of required diameter. Earth work excavation of foundation trench of size 1.00mm x 0.6mm x 0.60m and filling river sand for depth of 0.10m and P.C.C1:2:4(1cement:two coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) of size 1.00mm x 0.60x1.00m.The cost should be inclusive of minor modification suitable for site condition as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1kV grade as required - 4 X25 sq.mm.
