Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amp, 21KA/3 sec, IAC type tested(21 KA-1s AFLR) ,outdoor extensible 7 Way RMU SF6 insulated,CCV+CVVV+M type with motorized spring charger, consisting of 02 No. Incomer as LBS with interlocking and 05 Nos. outgoing ( 04 nos VCBs and 01 Nos LBS) having Metering module . Make : ABB/Schneider/Seimens. The Specification of above subject work as under :-

(i) Load Break Switch (02 Nos Incoming) It is a cable switch module with a three position load break switch and earthing switch, busbars, interlocking and earthbar. 1 Type C: Cable switch 12kV, 630A 1 Snap action mechanism for motorized operation.24V DC 1 Manometer Standard 1 Cable cover standard with Interlocking 1 Cable bushings interface C (400 bolted), 630 A, standard 1 Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15 kV

(iii) Vacuum Circuit Breaker (04 Nos Outgoing) It is a Vacuum circuit breaker module with vacuum circuit breaker, three position isolator/earthing switch, busbars, interlocking, earthbar and stored spring energy mechanism 1 Type V: Vacuum circuit breaker 12kV, 630A. 1 Stored energy mechanism for motorized operation. 24V DC 1 Cable cover standard with Interlocking. 1 Self-Powered Relay for Over current and Earth Fault Protection Non Communicable 1 Cable bushings interface C (400 bolted), 630A. 1 Bushings outside cone interface C for connection of external busbars 1 Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15 kV. 3 Ring core CT 200-400/1A, 2.5 VA, 5P10 for Protection.

(iv) Metering Module This is an air insulated metering module. 1 Type M: Air insulated metering module 12kV, 630A. 1 Bushings outside cone interface C for connection of external busbar. 3 Potential Transformer with HT fuse on primary side and MCB on secondary side for protection. 1 Primary voltage: 11000:V3 V, Secondary voltage: 110:V3 V. 1 Burden winding 50 VA, Class 0.5 1 R, Y and B indicating lamps 1 Space heater with thermostat. 1 Auxiliary Transformer 11KV/V/3/230 with 1000VA burden for 230VAC supply 1 Multifunction meter Class 0.5 1 Operating handle 1 2X12VDC ,12 AH battery and its charger 1 Coupling Material to couple RMU with Metering Panel

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21 KA for 3sec, Internal Arc type tested,CVV type ,outdoor extensible type SF6 insulated 3 Way RMU with motorized spring charger consisting of 1 Nos fixed type (non draw out type) 630 Amps LBS and 02 Nos VCB as outgoing .

Note for Item No 2: Specification of LBS and VCB will be as per Item No 1 as above.

Notes For Item No 1 & 2: (I) Electrical Shutdown for the work will be given from 9 AM to 3 PM.

(II)Beyond 3 PM,Standby generator support of 100 KVA (Using Portable Trolly Mounted equipment) including Fuel, LT Cables,Joints,Change over switch,Switch gears etc. will be given by contractor in two substations feeding Md Accn Areas and Rates quoted will be deemed to include for the same.

M & L for dismantling of existing OCBs from site, shifting the same from power house to MES store yard by using crane with safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cables all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cms in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and spread dry vegetable riddled soil in trenches for cable Cushioning. Note: (i) Natural soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refilling in trenches before laying of cable 8 cm and 15cm after laying of cable. This is then gently punned down to a depth of 10cm above the top of upper-most cable. (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,type 1,ISI Mark,Factory manufactured, size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting road / hard standing to depth not exceeding 120 CM and to width not exceeding 45 CM for laying HDPE Pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces by 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate/existing tiles as per ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge .

Supply and lay HDPE pipe ,Class PN10, 150 mm dia in trenches for road crossing/laid in floors etc.

M&L in repair earthing complete with Copper plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not lessthan 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Metrs below normal ground level connected to Copper Strip 32 x6 mm by means with Brazing joints only, protected by Gl light grade pipe of size 40 mm dia and connecting up with the RMU as the case may be upto a maximum distance of 7.5m away from the earth electrode including test point junction, excavation, earthwork, PCC Chamber, RCC Cover(Yellow painted) with handle , watering pipe 20mm dia GI Medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, Charcoal dust , salt,Mild steel Earth marker with earthing result ,date all as per plate no.2 of SSR 1991 and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for breaking up Stone masonary work/PCC in walls or Plinth Protection and making good by Precast block masonary work 1:3:6 using 1:6 cement Mortar and Making good included all as specified and direcected by engineer in charge .

Material and labour for breaking up PCC in Plinth Protection and floor near 4 Pole structure of 20 cm in thickness all as specified and direcected by engineer in charge .

M&L for preparing HT Layout chart in acrylic sheet mounted on MS angle frame of sheet size 1.5 Meter x 3 Meter suitable for fixing in walls .The chart will have layout diagram painted using Synthetic black paint all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix Rubber Mat of size 2 Mtr x 1 Mtr of Thickness 2.5 mm ,ISI Mark suitable for 11 KV all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Labour only for taking up existing HT Cable 95 to 185 Sqmm from existing HT Panels and tranformers for relaying in New arrangement including or removal to storeyard connecting up cable joints in Transformers and HT Panel both indoor and outdoor type all as specified and directed .

Material and labour Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shapeor size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, oneunder coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .(Base For RMU Units)

Material and labour Precast Concrete block masonary 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in straight through , Cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in straight through , Cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 sqmm all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, Cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 sqmm all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm all as specified and direceted.

Supply and fix Fire extinguisher ,Tube based ,Mounted on HT Panel, Superior extinguisher agent HFC236fa in 4 Kg all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . Make-Ceasefire/Safex or equivalent as per annexure .

Material and labour Mild steel notice board of size 1 mtr length and 1 mtr width ,Airforce blue colour painted,Fitted above 1.5 mtr above ground ,Made of MS 5 mm thick sheet and angle iron of size 50 x 50x 5 mm thick of length -11 Mtr ,Alphanumeric words font height 50 MM, width 15 CM ,Word quantity 80 by white paint including PCC 1:3:6, exacavation all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge .

Supply and filling stone aggregates 40mm size for outdoor substation and around transformer / RMU upto 100 mm thick complete all as directed.

S & F earth continuity conductor of size 32 X 6 mm copper strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall with bakelite /Porcelain spacers on batten for loop earthing etc. as required 32 X 6 mm copper strip all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour Protection pipe GI 40 mm dia,light grade ,all as specified and directed.
