Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5mtr. in width) and for shafts, wells ,cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material (1:3:6 or richer mix)

Dismantling RCC work manually / mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 [1cement : 4coarse : 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size].

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level 1:1.5:3mix (1cement : 1.5sand : 3 graded stone aggregate ) of 20mm nominal size crushed aggregate

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. & removal of form for :-

Foundation, footing, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, balconies and access platform.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls upto 20cm wide.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a primary cost of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as reported in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates & similar works.
