Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any sweep, any size/ make from existing position of any height by disconnecting electric connections and transporting to Store Yard of AGE E/M (E) JRC for inspection in presence of JE in-charge for repair/ by opening, transporting to workshop for repair work complete all as specified and directed.

Hanging only/ fixing repaired ceiling fan 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep after repair & maintenance upto any height upto 5m complete including making electric connections, testing for full speed complete all as specified and directed. Note : Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm obtained from Srl item No. 1.00 above shall be refixed.

Material and labour for complete repair and maintenance of unserviceable ceiling fan of 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep at workshop, including dismantling complete the ceiling fan parts i.e. blades, fan rod, canopy, connection, inspecting serviceability of all the parts, detecting the fault re-fixing of serviceable parts after cleaning and replacement of unserviceable parts with company's genuine parts i.e. capacitor, bearing, bushes, shaft, bracket, rubber bush, connecting wire, PVC connector, aluminium clamp for rod, bracket, bush rod, blade and geasing/ oiling etc asebling, cleaning and testing of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Unserviceable parts as above shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ as supply only. (b) Rewinding of stator will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of BOQ (c) Writing of MES Nos and painting of ceiling fan shall be measured & paid separately under relvant item of BOQ. (d) A register will be maintained by the contractor for record of repair duly signed by JE and Engineer-in-Charge & Contractor. (e) Cost of minor part i.e. cotterr pin, PVC connector, screws shall be deemed to included in the cost of quoted rate.

Removing of old burnt winding any type, cleaning stator complete for burnt wiring carbon residue and rewinding of stator winding of any type/ any make fan/ any stator design ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep with superior quality super enameled winding copper wire of approved specification, gauge and weight with superior quality insulation for satisfactory functioning in presence of JE incharge complete all as specified and directed

Supply only U clamp with rubber reel with nuts bolts of size 10mm dia, 75mm long including necessary lock washer and split pin complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only top and bottom canopy of plastic with steel screw suitable for fan of 1200/ 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only stator assy blank suitable for ceiling fan of 1200 sweep complete all as specified and directed.
