| 2.00 | REFRIGERATION / AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM: Designing, Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of factory assembled and factory tested Air Conditioner suitable for cooling having air-cooled outdoor units, all hermetically sealed Compressor(s) designed for - 4.0 deg C suction / evaporation temperature and 45 deg C ambient temp, side / top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R-410 a / 407C (or CFC and HCFC free) refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver not less than 800 CFM supply air. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400 / 230 V ±10%, 3 / 1 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. Indoor unit shall be equipped with washable synthetic media pre-filter (95 percent down to 5 micron), evaporator unit with fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced axial flow fans not less than 3 nos., multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, thermostatic / electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, Filter drier for moisture and dirt protection, drain pan, other necessary supports etc. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The cooling capacity of each indoor unit will be not less than 40,000 BTU/hour for both units (1 working + 1 standby) and should be able to cool the room upto 2 deg C. The unit shall have digital temperature indicator cum controller, High quality PT-100 Sensor for better accuracy, Safety and control devices for better system protection, Thermally protected and permanently lubricated fan motors, a logic controller (LC) for automation of controlling electromechanical processes, such as control of Temperature, Relative Humidity, Standby systems and event management with less maintenance, HMI with colour Display and touch screen, Data storage to record set values, process values, date & time with variable time intervals, Display of set value and process value. All electrical connections and panels and controllers, contactors, automation etc. are included in the scope. Refrigerant copper pipelines shall be provided as per site requirement. Power cable, control cable etc. shall be supplied and installed at site as per OEM recommendations are included. All power and control cables shall be multistranded copper with ISI marked and fire retardant. The controller and electrical panel shall be for controlling and operation of two units (1 working & 1 standby) complete as required. GI TRAY SUPPORT: Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron Cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5% in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended / supported from the ceiling / wall with GI suspenders including GI bolts and nuts, GI C-Channels, etc. including bends, reducers, Tees, cross-members as required, GI protective sheet covering (for outdoor portion) outside the room etc. as required.

Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of cold rooms including its all accessories, condensers, evaporator units, time to time checking of refrigerant leakage, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire units during the defect liability period of 1 year after date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. (No payment shall be made separately for this period): 1st Year
Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of cold rooms including its all accessories, condensers, evaporator units, time to time checking of refrigerant leakage, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire units after defect liability period of 1 year from the date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. Any breakdown shall be attended within 4 hours of reporting. Spare parts required during breakdown maintenance shall be arranged and replaced by the Contractor. This is applicable for the whole system of cold rooms units installed. (N.B.: 01 Job means during a period of one year)
