REPAIR RESURFACING TO CERTAIN ROADS AND ROAD FURNITURE AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF AGE BRI AND II OF GE SATWARI

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm Exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick WBM (Compacted thickness ) with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size ) of garding 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of Viscosity Grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc.sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt / foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer ( Paving bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness ( Paving bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-30) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (Fliller) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The minimum consolidated thickness will be 30 mm. However it may be increased at places to maintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. He contractor must visit the site before quoting their rates.

M&L Making lines, dashes arrows letters using stencil like STOP, GO etc. of any description not exc 15 cm width/girth on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic paint road marking paint 2.5 mm thick mixed with glass beads@ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200 degree Celcius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control complete all as specified & directed confirming to BS 3262-1989.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. All completed as specfied and as directd.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair delinator having two high performance 100mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mmx23mm fixed on both sides of guide post made of ABS plastic and fixed on powder coated steel pipe of 1010 mm height (approx weight of 1.76 Kg) including necessary earth work in any type of soil, including necessary block of size 300x300x300 mm of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 necessary form work etc. fixed in repairs. Complete all as specified and directed. Make: Model DA-74 of Dark eye equivalent of Greenlite/Oscar/Siner Infrastructure/3M.

S&F in repair of retro reflecting 48 inches (1200 mm high) road delinators post black made of 16 gauge 62mm dia round pipe two side reflective in red, white and yellow super prismatic 5 strips of size 7.50 x 10 cm complete incl PCC 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) all as specified and directed.
