Construction of One building block having two Special T4 staff quarters at Geyser Palace site,Lehincluding all types of Civil work, Architectural work, Interiors work,Electrical work, PHE works,Radiant Heating System work,Solar Water Heating System, Fire Fighting work etc. complete in all respects as per the scope of work, finishes matrix,tender drawings, special conditions of contract and as per the approved design, drawings and specifications. .

Construction of One building block of Staff Hostel at Geyser Palalce site ,Leh including all types of Civil work, Architectural work, Electrical work, PHE works, Radiant Heating System works,Solar water heating and lighting system, Fire Fighting work etc. complete in all respect as per the scope of work, finishes matrix,tender drawings, special conditions of contract and as per the approved design, drawings and specifications

External civil work,pneumatic water supply, drainage services, external electrical installations like lighting,sub-station (transformers etc.),DG sets,earthing ,Fire fighting system, underground water sumps for fire water and domestic requirements,Bio-digestors for sewage treatment, Radiant Heating Plant with complete system comprising heat pumps, boilers, HSD tanks, ventilation/heating, pumps, hot water tanks, piping network etc., internal roads of the site along with necessary road markings & signages, foot paths,car parking, borewells , CCTV Surveilance system for staff hostel, solar compound lighting, shuttle/badminton courts, landscaping and hardscaping etc completeas per the scope of work, finishes matrix,tender drawings, schedule of quantities,special conditions of contract and as per the approved design, drawings and specifications

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Radient Heating System, DGs ,Lift and Sub-station for a period of four years starting from the next day of end of defect liability period
