Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial leads of 10m and lifts of 2m In hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shale murrams, gravel stoney earth and earth muds with 50% fair sized boulders and hard gravelly soils as per SS 20 B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation including watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with std. Specifications and as directed. Rate for 10 cum.

R.R. masonry in c.m.1:5 mix for foundation and basement using rough stones and bond stones with simultaneous pointing with same mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Red Gravel including cost and conveyance and all charges etc

Refilling with excavated earth in layers of mot more than 15cm thick including watering ramming and consolidation etc., complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in c.m 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cu.cm including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary support for plance surface in Foundation Basement and Roof sllabs struting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces for floors for RCC column footings columns plinth beam and connecterd with foundations grade beams, raft slabs stair case steps, bed blocks, critical pier, etc beams roof slabs, using mild steelsheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 gouge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of 10 cm size x 6.5 cms size spaced at abour 90 cms center to center and supported cauanna props of 10 cm to 13 cms spaced at 75 cms to center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed (SI - 155)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position inild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

RCC 1:1.5:3 (one cement one and half sand and three machine broken stone) using 20 mm ISS gauge machine broken HBG metal for RCC works excluding cost and (abrication otreinforcement and centerning shuttering charges but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clampsin the RCC floor or Roof wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of slab, beam etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claming extra etc as directed by the departmental Officers complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Jolly including cost and conveyance etc., complete

Supplying and Delivery of steel Doors of size including cost and conveyance etc., complete 1.00x2.10 m

Fixing charges for steel Door including cost and conveyance etc., complete

Paving the floor with scratch proof Ceramic Tiles of any colour and any size laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two sand) 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4Kg/Sq.m. mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Dadooing the wallswith glassed tiles laid in cement mortar 1:2 with pointing by white cement including cost conveyence and labour charges etc.,

Painting two coat of Plastic emulsion paint over wall plastering surface with best approved first quality of approved colour over the one coat of priming etc., complete complying with standard specification (The paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works )

Painting two coats of new iron work such as steel doors, windows ventilators window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats etc complete complying with standard specification.

Light Point Wiring with 2 x 2.5 sqmm PVC un Sheated seal cable of 650 v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with T.W switch box with pointing of suitable colour for open / concealed PVC LIGHT POINT with continuos earth wire connection of 140 SWG TC wire. SD No. 18

Supply and run of 2 of 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. conductor of 1100 V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains SD 64.

Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DPI swtich of 500 V with MAIN BOX, FUSE and neutral on suitable TW Board with PWD earthings.SD 150

Finished the roof top with one course of pressed tiles laid in cm 1:3 mix with pointing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc
