Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic street light switch astronomical time switch 32 Amp for automatic switching of street light. The time switch along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminal should be enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof as per manufacurers recommendation, IP 66 conforming to IEC including contactor and incoming - outgoing MCBs rating of suitable capacity including necessary connection by providing circuit copper wiring of min 10 Sqmm cable incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 60 W LED Street Light luminaire confirmining including all necessary arrangement for fixing on Pole made up SITC of high quality integrated LED street light with a miniumum system lumen of 6600 Lm and system wattage not exceeding 60 W with nominal efficiency 110 lumen/Watt. CCT of 5700K with SDCM of <5 and CRI>70. The houing should be of non- Corrosive high -pressure die cast aluminum with heat resistant toughened clear glass to with stand extreme environments with PF>0.95. Life time of 50K Hrs @L70. The ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with IK rating of 07. The luminaire should have 5 KV internal 10 KV external surge protection in the luminaire. incl taking down old unsv light fittings complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking down carefully flood light, street light /perimeter lighting luminaries from its position of any size/wattage from over head line poles or from elevated sentry post for carrying out repair/replacement of burnt/worn out accessories and removing unserviceable items from site and depositing to MES store yard at Nagrota, including material and labour for replacement of worn out wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable 1.5 sqmm size, connector block, screws etc. Refixing the fitting after repair to its position compllete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note- Accessories/components required for replacement i.e Driver, Surge protection device shall be measured and paid separately under relative item of Sch 'A' ) Note : Contractor responsibility is to liase with the department concerned for LT supply shut down required to carry out the work & also ensure the safety of labour employed by giving them safety equipments like helmet, gloves, safety belt , discharge rod etc and nothing extra shall be permisissible in this account.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long) with 300x300x6mm mild steel plate continuously welded to pole , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws complete all as specified and directed including painted with black bituminous paint internally and externally with anti corrosive paint in alternate black and white strips 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top edge of concrete and remaining pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including writing the number etc complete all as specified and directed Note: Excavation and Earth work, PCC in foundation and copping shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for taking down by manual / motorised handle high mast light fittings at 15 to 20m height and refixing after necessary repairs including all necessary staging, etc. for cleaning of perplex covers, etc., tightening of loose connections on poles / walls, and replacing worn out minor parts, etc. and making the fitting functional complete all as specified and as directed Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of any minor spares / parts replaced for functioning.

M&L for repairing and rewinding of High mast motor of capacity upto 3 HP/2.4 KW of any make/model, including removal of existing burnt windings completely and carefully from the slots, cleaning the slots thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing guage complete including dismantling and re-assembling of starter, rotor, blades etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Rate is inclusive of transportation to and fro from MES store/site to civil workshop.

M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed .Dismantling and taking out damage/rusted cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures complete all as directed Note: The work under subject BoQ (item No. 1.00 to 48.00 ) are meant for maint of Security light/street light in Nagrota Mil Stn ( Including Katra, Sanjhi Chat, Charli Hill ). The work shall be executed on ground on required basis. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of External Electric Supply at Station. Contractor or his representative will daily attend the complaints at E/M complaint cell and in addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment for each complaint so notified.
