SITE CLEANING : Surface dressing of ground in all kind of soil including removing vegetation, debris, malba or any obstruction existing on site, all inequalities upto natural ground level as direction of Engineer -In-Charge and disposal of unserviceable material away and outside the IOAGPL boundary limits irrespective of lead involved by means of mechanical transport or any other equivalent means, keeping IOAGPL indemnified of any liabilities from statutory/local bodies, all complete as specified & directed. (Item shall not considered if plot excavation considered separately.)

EXCAVATION UPTO 1.5mt : HARD SOIL Excavation up to 1.5 mt. depth in all kind of Hard soil in any plan dimension including stacking of serviceable excavated earth, and disposal of surplus and unserviceable material away and outside the IOAGPL boundary limits, after backfilling using serviceable earth, irrespective of lead involved by means of mechanical transport or any other equivalent means, keeping IOAGPL indemnified of any liabilities from statutory/local bodies, all complete as specified & directed. Proper shuttering/support has to be made to support side soil wall and to avoid collapse of soil. Soil to be leveled and neatly dressed complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

EXCAVATION 1.5 TO 3.0 mt : HARD SOIL Excavation for foundation from 1.5 mt. to 3.0 mt. depth in all kind of Hard soil in any plan dimension including stacking of serviceable excavated earth, and disposal of surplus and unserviceable material away and outside theIOAGPL boundary limits, after backfilling using serviceable earth, irrespective of lead involved by means of mechanical transport or any other equivalent means, keepingIOAGPL indemnified of any liabilities from statutory/local bodies, all complete as specified & directed. Proper shuttering/support has to be made for excavation beyond 1.5mt to support side soil wall and to avoid collapse of soil. Soil to be leveled and neatly dressed complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

FILLING WITH EXCAVATED SOIL Available excavated Good Soil in Filling after execution of work to proper grade and level with selected materials from available excavated soil from spoil heaps within a lead of 50m, including re-excavating the stored serviceable soil excavated earlier, breaking clods, laying at all depths and heights in layers of thickness not exceeding 15cms. including watering, rolling and ramming by manual/mechanical means, to achieve 90% of maximum dry density, dressing, trimming, leveling the top surface etc. in foundations, plinths, road embankments, road, shoulders, trenches etc. complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings , as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge

SAND FILLING : Supplying and filling approved SAND of good quality (River Sand), under floors, pavements, in foundations etc. for all depths and heights including cost of sand, royalties, transportation to site for all leads and lifts , including loading, unloading, spreading in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 150mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/ or other equipment to the specified levels to achieve 85% relative density, including preparation of sub-grade to the required slope, providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation all complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates shall be inclusive of the cost of all labour, material, equipment etc. complete.
