Supply and install Vertical type split units indoor/outdoor 4.0 TR complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity complete all as specified.

Supply ,install and testing split Air conditioner 2 TR inverter type 3 Star rating with indoor and outdoor units (copper condenser coil, copper cooling coil and evaporator including required length of copper tubing and cables for connecting indoor and outdoor units ) complete with cordless remote control unit , with inverter rotary compressor with inbuilt air ioniser and plazma filter for better indoor air quality ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted is inclusive of the following:- (i) Drilling hole on the brick wall to facilitate routing of Copper pipe, drain pipe and cable from indoor unit to outdoor unit. (ii) Sealing the hole from outside ,after installation, with white cement. (iii) Pressure testing , cooling performance check and product demonstation. (iv) cable for connecting indoor and outdoor unit upto 3.00 Mtr each. (v) Material and labour for fixing Remote stand in wall. (vi) Copper pipe, upto 3.00 Mtr each.

Supply and fix copper pipe for Suction line with foam insulation for all Split/cassette AC of any capacity including dismantling the unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 5.00 herein before for Discharge line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper pipe of different sizes

S&F sheet metal enclosure with socket and a two pin and earth plug top and MCBs 20 amp, 240 V complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Anchor /L&T .

Supply & Fixing Outdoor unit stand suitable for 1.5/2 ton AC, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix PVC drain pipe flexible type 15 mm dia of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single core PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volt of size 4sqmm, conforming to IS 694 complete with PVC conduit of 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of cable for phase and neutral and one run for earth and one run of pvc conduit is measured as one length
