Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand using second class table molded chamber burnt bricks of size Masonry projection wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation should be done without cost) For foundation and basement

Painting two coats with plastic Emulsion paint by (ACE) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat for outer wall

Refilling with excavated earth complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement

Finishing top of flooring with a layer of cement concrete 1:3 (one cement and three stone jelly) ELLIS pattern 30mm thick using 10mm and below guage HBGS (No sand to the added) and the surface rubbed smooth with cement.

Flooring with Attangudi Tiles of approved quality and colour size 305x305x6mm thick laid in cement mortar 1:3 20mm thick and painting with white cement including furnishing the joint and painting flush with the surface complete
