Part I : Construction of Smart Class room Building for PUES in Uthirampoondi panchayat.

EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever 1 necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc. complete.

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete

Cement concrete 1:4: 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever 3 necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification

Super Structure

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 6 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

Footing

Above GL

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of 7 Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Below GL

Ground Floor

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. Complete complying with stanard specification,

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18/20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick)

Proving Bala painting standard specification as directed. (Ceiling)

Painting Two Coats Approved Plastic Emultion Paint with one coat primer over New Cement Plastered 14 surface including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete Schedule ItemNo.359-B

Painting two coats over new iron works using best quality of enamal paint including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete.
