Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all arches, pillars all quoins etc complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, complete all as specified

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed no pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, screed bed of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

Material and labour for20mm thick granite (of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs. pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4), pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite screed bed of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tank of capacity exc. 500 and n exc. 1000 litre complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 1000 litre capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding/plaster (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350 mm x 250mm/450mmx350x7 mm thick as in vertical surfces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 all as directed.
