Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (Double Charge)in 60 * 60 cm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of (Make Somany/Johnson/NITCO) in all colours and shades,in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete or laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with cement and matching pigments etc complete including roughening the existing floor /wall plaster by way of tucking etc. complete.

P/F of PVC panelling of reqd. design and make (as approved by Engineer in-Charge make on walls including cost of necessary accessories etc complete .

Removing Dry / Oil bound Distemper by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (One or more coat on old surface )

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over new surface (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. one or more coats on old work .
