Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring and strutting and balling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated depositing the surplus earth within the compound with an initial lead of 10cm and lift of 2m in places shown by the departmental officers clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “ x 2 3/4” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supplying and erecting centring for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC Slabs,Rectangular beams,Tee (or) ELL beams,Lintels,bed block,slabs,landing beam,canopy side slab,or boxing (or)vertical slabs,rectangular (or) square(or)round columnsetc.,as detailed below with all cross bracings using M.S Sheets of size 90cmx60cm and B.G 10 Stiffended with welded M.S.Angles of size25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak(or)country wood joist of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced out 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc.,complete complying with std.specification

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of TMT steel Rods for reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel, binding wire, straightening the rods, if they are supplied in coils welding rods of dia above 25mm in all floors etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The welding should confirm to BIS.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications as per TNDSS No.56 & 57
