REPAIR TO PATH HARDSTANDING PLINTH PROTECTION AND UPROOTING OF TREES GROWN ON BUILDING AT ARC CHARBATIA

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) removal from site in low laying area or outside ARC campus complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling as mass concrete or in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement including expansion joints at certain interval/as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L countineous brick edging with burnt clay old size bricks sub class 'B' with width equal to the depth of the brick laid on end vertically of whole sub class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Forming expansion joint 12mm thick and gap filled with bituminous filled board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc., out side the premises complete all as specified and directed.
