Part -B (Work)

Survey including preparation of schedule of materials, marking of locations (Route length),GPS Survey of line with co-ordinates of each tower(The length of line shall be authenticated by GPS Survey)

Soil Investigation (All kind of Soil)

Cost of Excavation of foundation( Normal and Pile ) pits including all earth work backfilling ramming and leveling etc.

Setting stub of 220 KV River crossing Tower including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation.

Setting stub including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation of following towers.

220 KV DC/DE

Installation of steel re-inforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel re-inforcement bars cutting, bending, placing, binding etc. for DC+5 Tower.

Cost of Concreting for Normal Open Cast foundation for DC+0 including cost of cement,sand,stone aggregates dewatering vibrating forming shoring and shutring and curing but excluding cost and installation of re-inforcement steel bars.

1:2:4 concreting

Erection of Superstructure of 220 KV DC Towers and Anchor Tower and their extension including transporting tower part from 132 KV S/S Zamania store to site and all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator but including fitting of danger plate no. plate ,phase plate fixing and punching of the bolts.

Erection of Superstructure of 220 KV DC River Crossing Tower and their extension including transporting tower part from 132 KV S/S Zamania store to site and all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator but including fitting of danger plate no. plate ,phase plate fixing and punching of the bolts.

Tack welding of all the bolt upto 5 meter with application of Zinc rich Aluminium Paint.

Laying, Tensioning, Stringing, Clamping, Jointing etc of ACSR panther conductor including hoisting of insulator fitting of all accessories hardware and accessories etc of conductor all three phases.The work also includes shifting conductor from 132 KV S/S Zamania Store to working site.

Laying, Tensioning, Stringing, Clamping, Jointing etc of all six phases of ACSR Spl. Deer conductor and one OPGW Cable including hoisting of insulator fitting of all accessories hardware and accessories for conductor and OPGW Cable etc from Anchor to Anchor span using 220 KV River Crossing Tower. The work also includes shifting conductor from 132 KV S/S Zamania Store to working site.

Laying of one no. OPGW including stringing of OPGW shall be inclusive of installation of joint boxes, jointing, & splicing work and other associated work.

Grounding work including earthwork for Pipe type earthing of tower including coke and salt .

Preparation & submission of document regarding PTCC clearance & navigational clearance from IWAI and other associated work & follow up till getting the NOC from PTCC & IWAI of respective department.

Preparation & submission of document regarding electrical safety and other associated work & follow up till getting the NOC from electrical safety department. Electrical safety inspection fee will be paid to the contractor on actual basis after providing of inpection fee slip.

Part C- Dismentalling of Line

De-stringing of conductor, de-hosting of insulator, rolling of dismantle conductor and all associated work of all three conductor

dismantling of OPGW, rolling of dismantled OPGW, and all associated work,

Dismantling of RC Tower, Anchor and other towers

Transportation of dismaintled material including shifting up to loading point loading into vehicle transportation unloading and propor stacking at nearest departmental 132 KV S/S Zamania store approx. distance 30 Km.

Part- D Revetment work.

Revetment of tower foundation of Proposed 01 No. RX Tower and 02 No acnhor tower, 1 No. 220 KV DC tower or as per site requirement used in 132 KV Ghazipur -Bhadaura line as per drawing and specification duly approved from SE ETC-II Varanasi. The job includes the following works :

Excavation of earth with the help of suitable T&P and labour, watering and ramming of excavated earth.

Concrete with cement, Sand, Stone ( 40mm stone ballast) in ratio 1:2:4 in foundation and under floor including the cost of all material /labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work satisfactorily.

Ist class stone block masonry work for the construction of retaining wall in 1:4 ratio cement and sand including the cost of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of job satisfactorily.

Concrete in plinth with 20mm stone ballast coarse sand and cement mortar in ratio 4:2:1 including the cost of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of job satisfactorily.

Earth filling under floor and in area between tower foundation and retaining wall including the cost of soil to be obtained by the contractor from outside including watering, ramming and dressing of earth etc. complete including the cost of earth rayalty, taxes, freight etc and cost of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of job satisfactorily.

Cost of pipe for weep hole as per required

Installation of steel reinforcement bar in pillar, beam & in RCC foundation of CC pad wherever required as per drawing approved by SE, ETC-II Varanasi including cost of steel, cutting beding and placing etc.
