M&L for rendering 20mm thick (two layer, 10mm and 10mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in second layer or in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compond, all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick premium quality conforming to relevant IS (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in vertical suface like, dado and skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed

S&F of aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of size 605mm X 605mm framework for ceiling with aluminium tee section of size 23.5mm X 26.4mm X 1.4mm thick and aluminium angle section of size 36.5mm X 25mm X 1.4mm thick, for false ceiling incl Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40X3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long incl 4mm thick non asbestos E-board, HSPC fixed to frame, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame not 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm with shutter (with out taking off shutter from frame) all as specified and removing from site and as directed.

S&F of pressed steel frame of size 105 x 60mm for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing, lugs, hinges,lock, strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of sheet metal enclosure, double door for MCB single pole & neutral DB's, 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar suitable for 240 Volt, AC, 50Hz, including fixing on suitable rectangular wooden block including good finish to the old distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand, Schneider, Siemens or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in repair of sheet metal enclosure, double door for MCB single pole & neutral DB's, 4 way with 200 amps rated bus bar suitable for 240 Volt, AC, 50Hz, including fixing on suitable rectangular wooden block including good finish to the old distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand, Schneider, Siemens or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in repair of 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole & neutral (SPN) and current carrying capacity of 6-32 Amps in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning, all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand Cat No 408587 to 408595 or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in repair of 230V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole & neutral (SPN) and current carrying capacity of 32 Amps in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning, all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand Cat No408617 or equivalent.

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of triple pole and neutral(TPN) and current carrying capacity 40 to 100 Amps, in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0mm dia size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of earth wire etc. upto test point, PCC (1:3:6) chamber with RCC cover in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar, funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc., connected to DB as indicated, complete all as specified and as directed.
