Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of internal dia 150mm set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, Pile cap, grade beam, plinth beams, bases for columns and like etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts and like etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Corrosion resistant TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.25 above, but corrosion resistant TMT bars 5 mm and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 m/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including one priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces as recommended by the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed Note: Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site. M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base flooring and pavings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge precast glazed cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in drive ways of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing newly concrete surface (kerb stone) of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in Concrete bed to 150mm dia drain pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Set in cement mortar 1:4 in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) challah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary forms, moulds etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth by using extra cement as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Low Density Poly Ethylene(LDPE) pipes of 40mm dia of pressure rating 6Kg/Cm2, insert in cover slabs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), with and including dismantling of old existing barbed wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 600mm dia punched tape concertina coil as per IS-4454 with galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS-513 deep drawn quality with galvanising coating having medium barbs (barb length: 24+1mm, pitch between barbs 35+1mm) fixed in position and scured to both sides of shaped angle iron posts, stretched to a length of 6m to achieve 600mm dia,, weighing 9 Kg (+5% without handles and spikes) as in fencing to steel post and to another coil/MS ribs including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS angle Iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gide E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing new steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide/Zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC (SWR) 75 mm pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed

Note: Schedule of credit amount mentioned on Page No.42 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
