| 1 | Thorough servicing and overhauling of 1.5 ton/ 2 ton/ 3 ton capacity split/ towertype air conditioner machine by cleaning, oiling of the dismantled spare parts like cooling coil, blower motor, runner motor, oscillating motor, fan, condenser, capacitor etc for indoor and outdoor unit by supplying of chemicals, petrol, thinner etc as and where applicable and also cleaning of other spares and changing of defective spares as per entire satisfaction of the EIC.

The work should be taken up once in a month or as per direction of the EIC. A printed log book must be maintained during maintenance work and signed by the concerned JE / AE.
