Renovation/Improvement works to the selected Gorimedu, Primary Health Centre in the Union Territory of Puducherry for conversion in to Health and Wellness Centre by National Rural Health mission.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Supplying at site : RCC standards post /struts/ rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs, wherever required - (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing G.I.chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts , bolts and washers as required complete - Made of G.I.wire of dia 4mm , PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade

Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves , louvers, steps, stair cases, etc. including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more

Supplying and fixing CI cover without frame for manholes 455x610mm rectangular CI cover (light duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 23 Kg.
