BUCK BOOSTER

De-assembling of the unit by way of removing of the core , the top lid & other accessories to the unit.

Providing & fitting of Super enameled copper (SE Grade) wire/strips for HV/LV coils as per the sample conforming to IS 13730 & IS 1837 including rewinding charges, insulation ,varnish cartage & Framework, Sundary items etc.

Desludging of the radiator of buck boost & step up/down units by way of washing the radiator and then drying the radiator through suitable means.The job also including repairing the leaking spot if any through brazing in order to make it leak proof.

Heating the transformer core inside the Oven up to suitable tempt for minimum of 48hrs in order to remove the moisture content from the core.

Reassembling the unit by way of placing the core inside the tank and fitting the top lid & other accessories to the unit.

Less cost of old scrap Copper

CONTROLLER UNIT:Replacement of the damaged items as mentioned below by new one:

Balancer Chok:02 No,copper lugs 50sqmm:200No bakelite sheet 2'x4'x12mm :01 Sheet, Nylon bushing with studs:24No,limit switch B4c:04 No, control wire copper 25sqmm:01 roll, Carbon roller:48No,Tag &Tail with Sleeving:48No,control contactor 220v (03No), 110v (01No) , Flip flop-1 NO., time delay relays-2 Nos.,studs and nut / bolts of assorted size.The job includes cleaning of the coil and other health parts & removing the carbon deposits using suitable agent prior to the installation of the above mentioned items.

Providing & fitting of 50Sqmm PVC copper wire

Providing & fitting of motor with gears of the following specification: Rating:1Hp, 240V, max current 600ma,RPM:60 ,Frequency:50HZ

Painting the Controller body from both inside & outside by way of cleaning the transformer body using sand paper,brushes etc and applying one coat of metal primer followed by two coats of synthetic enambled paint of reputed make.

Filtration Loading Shifting

Filtration of old Transformer oil in controller unit,buck boost unit, & step up/down transformer unit

Loading of 33KV Buck booster & controller of the 33/33Kv AVR over the mobile Platform (Carriage not included) through hydra at W.S.S Tangnar & unloading the same over the concrete block at the said water supply scheme after necessary repairs.

Shifting of the above said units from W.S.S Tangnar to workshop( Within range of 50KM) and finally back to the said W.S.S. after the necessary repairs.

Commissioning of 2.5MVA HT AVR (Unit:2) by way of

Servicing & Testing of 33KV outdoor type VCB unit.

Providing & fitting of 33Kv isolator set with earting blades

Providing and fitting of power contractor of following specification to Reversing Q-Panel Make:Andrew Yule & Co, Model:PAK-600U (SPL),800Amps, three phase 415V,50HZ

Providing & fitting of over current earth fault relay including control wiring Make/Model: Ashida141 : 02No

Fitting of available CTS (75/5 A) to the circuit including connecting the 33KV terminals to the Buck boost & stepup unit of the AVR & providing and fitting of control cables to the all the components (C & R panel, buck boost,step up/down unit, Reversing -Q panel and regulator). The job includes proper thimbling/ crimping/tapping all cable ends ,connecting the earthing system to Buck booster & controller unit. The job further includes conduction of all the non-destructive tests under strict supervision of service engineer of OEM ) & finally testing the the system on no load & on full load. (All charges on a/c of loadging-boarding /air tickets for service engineer shall be borne by the firm)
