Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or concrete surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and fair., finished fair and even complete.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl admixture of WPC by wt of cement. (WPC to be measured and paid separately) including finished even and fair., finished fair and even complete. finished fair and even complete.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper in approved colour/ shade over a coat of chalk whiting primer after preparation of surfaces complete.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surface of wall applying two coats on weatherproof acrylic emulsion exteroir grade paint on external surfaces including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M & L for Preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pilasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.
