Disconnecting HT/LT Electric Supply and taking down old existing transformer up to 500 kVA capacity of any description and in any position from the existing indoor/outdoor sub-station, shifting the transformer to new location not exceeding 6 km away from the starting point and installation, fixing and commissioning the transformer connecting the incoming and outgoing connection including testing the transformer complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling and Taking down the unserviceable breather assembly with silica gel complete for 63 kVA to 500 kVA transformer and supply and fix new breather assembly complete with breather unit and silica gel including connecting with proper rubberized gasket with transformer complete all as specified and directed.
Disconnecting Electric supply and defective indoor/outdoor type transformer of various capacities 63 kVA to 100 kVA from HT/LT sides, drain out transformer oil completely and storing the oil in suitable clean containers (to be provided by the contractor) opening Top Cover and lifting assembly and core assembly carefully and checking the condition, refilling the transformer oil completely after necessary repair and fixing the top cover complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (a) Rewinding of the transformer shall be measured and paid separately. (b) In case of major repairs/replacement in transformer which cannot be undertaken at site the transformer shall be shifted to civil workshop and the quoted rate shall be exclusive of this aspect. (c) Dismantling of core and repairs shall be measured and paid separately. (d) Shifting of transformer shall be measured and paid separately.
All as per srl item No. 3.00 here-in-before but for transformer of capacity exceeding 160 kVA but not exceeding 200 kVA.

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable circuit tap changer assembly and supply and fix off circuit tap changer assembly suitable for any make of 63 kVA to 500 kVA transformer with 7 tapping position including opening top cover breaker etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Contractor is fully responsible for making good of any damage to transformer during tap changing operations without any extra cost to department.
Supply, filling and topping up the transformer/OCB’s with new transformer oil duly filtered with filtration plant complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The transformer oil shall be EHV type confirming to IS 3357 of 1983. (b) Mineral oil grade 'B' shall be used. (c) The transformer oil should have a high dielectric strength not less than 40 kV. [Make: Indian oil corporation/BPCL/HPCL} (d) The empty barrel shall be deposited in MES store yard.
M&L for disconnecting 33 KV/11 KV HT/LV supply from power transformer 3.15 to 5 MVA cap and opening clamps, bus bar extension and disconnecting of HT 33/ 11 supply to transformer by opening clamps, bus bar extension and isolating the transformer from bus bar out door type, shifting the transformer to civil workshop. Drainning transformer oil complete and taking out cores and windings from body and put in oven for heating the coils for improvement of insulation resistance till proper insulation results achived, cleaning transformer body inside and out side complete, painting with two coats of super enamelled paint inside and out side the body complete after scratching and removing old paint layers, refixing cores and coils in transformer body. Refilling oil dehydration and filteration of oil to improve the dielectric strength /insulation value of transformer oil upto 45 KV and carryout test results such as megger test, Ratio Test, magnetic balance test, short circuit test, full load test, including replacement of wornout nuts bolts, all gaskets, packing sheets, sleeves, temp gauge etc complete reshifting the transformer at MRS install on plate form and connecting HT 33 KV /11 KV connection incl replacement of clamps nuts bolts & washer complete connecting and making control wiring system in serviceable condition and testing of transformer on full load. All as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Encharge.
Filtration/dehydration of transformer oil through filtration plant to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of the transformer oil minimum 40 kV complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) The contractor will take shut down orders in writing before commencement of the work from Engineer-in-charge. (b) The contractor shall ensure to avoid wastage at transformer oil (c) The contractor shall be fully responsible for any damage to the transformer during filtration operations. He/She/They shall be responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at their own cost without any extra cost to the department. (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration.
Replacement of existing unserviceable temperature gauge old type with new temperature gauge of existing specification/Model complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing silica gel complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only insulation material of PCB electrical grade for barriers coil to coil, insulation block and rings insulation cylinders, ebonite sleeves complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Disconnecting of Electric supply from HT/LT site of Transformer capacity of 63 kVA to 160 kVA and removing and refixing of new HT & LT coils/strips, disconnecting the 63 kVA to 160 kVA 11KV/430Volts indoor/outdoor transformer HT/LT side, drain out transformer oil completely, storing the oil in suitable container/barrels properly cleaned ones (to be provided by the contractor) lifting the transformer from the sub station and shifting to civil workshop and opening the top cover. and Taking out core Assembly , Opening HT/LT brush damage coil opening / removeing the save and fixing New HT/LT copper coil Made out of proper size suitable for DPC copper wire of high quality suitable rating sleeve insulating materials like varnish etc, complete after necessary arrangement with new coils, necessary insulation spacing blocks, runners and proper refixing of core. Note:- (i) HT & LT copper coil/ strips and insulation material PCB electrical grade such as barriers coil to coil insulation block and rings insulation cylinders, ebonite sleeves shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item schedules as supplied only. (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for cutting / chipping of RCC and for the minor grill work such as PCC, plastering foundation work. (iii) Proper drying has to be done in drying chamber after drying, taking the core coil assembly, filling the filtered transformer oil having good dielectric strength, replacement of suitable size rubberized cork gasket, bolts and nuts etc complete by fixing top cover, conservator etc, through cleaning and painting to the transformer with good quality paint complete and testing complete at civil workshop. (iv) Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. (v) Installation of transformer, testing and connecting both HT & LT cables, commissioning of transformer after checking voltage and all loading the transformer to the full load all as specified and directed. (vi) The cost of coil will be inclusive of varnish sleeving and insulating material.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable/worn-out danger notice plate of 33 kV, supply & fixing danger notice plate 25x30cm size made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, duly painted with vitreous enameled white paint, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with including connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.
Disconnecting and Taking out old US PG Clamps and Supply and Fixing new PG Clamps suitable for 11/33 kV with tested for Compression/crimping type sleeve joints for jointing conductors /jumper connections including treatment with conducting jelly all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit , internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT Electric Supply of transformer and drain out transformer oil completely, storing the oil in suitable properly cleaned containers/barrels (to be provided by contractor), lifting the transformer from substation and shifting to civil workshop and opening the top cover , taking out core assembly, removing the same and fixing including of high quality suitable rating sleeve insulating material like varnish etc complete after necessary insulation spacing blocks, runners and proper refixing of core including proper drying/ovening that has to be done in drying chamber, taking the core coil assembly, filling the filtered transformer oil having good dielectric strength, replacement of suitable size rubberized cork gasket, bolts and nuts etc by fixing top cover conservator etc . Cleaning and painting the transformer with good quality paint and testing at civil workshop. Installation , testing, commissioning and connecting the transformer with both HT & LT cables after checking the voltage and loading transformer to full load complete all as specified and directed.
