M&L for preparation of old decorated existing surfaces including cornices, plasterd or un plasterd surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing moulds, moss efflorescent salt and trading oil and gresy spots and applying one coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washing/rubbing down and stopping of distempered, plastered and painted surfaces of walls including cornices etc and making good of holes by filling holes in plastered surfaces with POP mixed with distemper and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood or wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L preparation of old existing wall surfaces including cornices, plastered or un-plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, moss efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint (Camouflage pattern/Normal pattern) over and including a coat of wall primer (Alkali resistant) including filling up of holes by wall care putty wherever required, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall,etc including raking out joints ,haking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc all as specifid and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement morter 1:4 on fair face of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on wall and concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:6 ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over chalk whiting on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- All painting work (any type) as mentioned above will be done through painting brush only.
