Cutting in earth work by mechanical means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and transportation of the unuseful materials for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ).All useful materials such as stones , shingles, aggregates, and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads lifts through alll modes of transportion as per the direction of the Engineer -in- Charge/The recovery for stones ,whether useful or not ,for 37.50 cubic metre @ 300/- only( Rupees three hundred ) per cubic metre shall be effected on prorata basis in all circumstances .Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing ,removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto all leads and lifts dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excaveted suitable materials as per MORD Specification within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge

Providing form work with steel plates (3.15mm) three point fifteen milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame (30x30x5mm) ( Thirty x thirty x 5 milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies/steel props, height of propping and centering below supporting floor up to all floor and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. In flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like of any thickness in all floor level in all heights.

In beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels up to any depth in all floor level in all heights.

In edges of slabs and breaks in floors of any width in all floor level in all heights.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete grade P.C.C. M-10 (ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( Twenty milimetre ) nominal size Mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORD clause 802,803,1202 &1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated, curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per HP. Providing and laying upto floor two level cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement is to two sand is to four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including form work in including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Mouldings as in cornices, window sills etc.in all centimetre in girth .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement isto one point five sand isto three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated, curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work.and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I.including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor all level.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of TATA tiscon / SAIL / Rashtria Ispat /Jindal / Shyam including cost of binding wire for R.C.C.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor level in all heights,and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Applying cement slurry on RCC slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kilogram of cement per square metre of floor area above laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surface complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Damp proof course to horzintal surface with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 sand ) and curing complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer in charge. 20 mm thick.

Applying a coat hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 Kg. per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in all floor levels in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) in second class bricks in Super-structure in all heights,and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I. including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Second class half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : 4 sand)and curing complete including carriage of materials labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I.including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts also as per the complete entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry / polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement: six sand) and curing complete including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm ( Thirty Five milimetre) factory made flush door shutter Nondecorative panal bonded termit resistant and water proof core board with frame of ISI class hard wood and well match commercial three ply veneer with vertical grain or cross and face veneer both face of door IS No 2202 of kit ply/Alpro comtax as per Architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and HP.PWD specification 1990-Vol-1 i/c carriage of material in all respects with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 35 mm ( Thirty Five milimetre) factory made flush door shutter Nondecorative panal bonded termit resistant and water proof core board 1.00 mtrs high PGI sheet fixed completedwith frame of ISI class hard wood and well match commercial three ply veneer with vertical grain or cross and face veneer both face of door IS No 2202 of kit ply/Alpro comtax as per Architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and HP.PWD specification 1990-Vol-1 i/c carriage of material in all respects with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Mandana red sand stone slab in treads and risers of steps on a bed of 20mm tick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab i/c preparing of nosing rubbing and polishing complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA Durashine in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing valley 90 cm over all 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA DURASHINE in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen whashers complete as per HP. Providing and fixing angle iron door frames manufactured from MS(Mild Steel) angle 35x35x4mm (thirty five x thirty five x four milimetre)rebated door frame i/c hinges , jamb beed, & if requred angle threshold of MS steel 50x40 mm , fifty x forty milimetre welded or rigidly fixed by mechnical means, lugs with split end tails to each jambs including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) thick with provision of locking arrangements 7(seven) shock observers as specified & applying a coat of approved steel primers after pre treatment of surface including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
