Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock chiselling, wedging out of rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades ,width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302,1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means/ labour if required. as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One cement is to five sand is to ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 802, 900 and 1200 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diametre PVC pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80 mm made of M40 grade of ISI approved as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504. as per MORD technical specification clause 504 or as directed by the engineer in charge including carriage of materials with inall leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi,royality,Malkana,toll tax,sale tax ,GSTor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) curing complete including all taxes and carriage of material, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

20mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete / stone walls for exterior plastering upto floor all levels including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand)as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing walls with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation & Plinth. complete including all taxes and carriage of material, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi,royality,Malkana,toll tax,sale tax ,GSTor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed gaurd bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than white as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets roofing made of cold rolled steel roll with spray coating of 25 micron with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating of TATA durashine including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
