Earth work excavation for foundation in all type of soils and sub soils to the required depth as may be directed including dense soil, cemented silty grey and brownish grey soil for mass excavation mass excavation such as basement, UG sump, STP, Footings of columns and any other structure, including manual / mechanical excavation and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom with all leads and for the following lifts, shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary etc.. all complete as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Supplying and filling in foundations and the area wherever specified with approved good quality filling materials in plinths, area development etc. wherever specified in layers of not exceeding 150 mm thick including breaking clods,storing,transportation ,double handling, watering, compacting each layer with vibratory compactor and at un-accessible places with wooden/steel rammers to achieve 95% proctor density at optimum moisture content, all leads and lifts, bailing/ pumping out of water to keep site dry while backfilling; cost shall include conveyance of all materials, labour, machinery etc. complete as directed.The rate to includes loading, unloading, hire and fuel charges for tools and plants and other incidental charges etc., as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete M30 Design Mix for all reinforced cement concrete works for Grade beam, Raft Slab, Retaining walls,Shear wall, RCC walls, Lift walls, Plinth beams, Column,Column footings, Grade slab, Roof slab & beam, Curved beams, Grid beams,Flat slab / Column drops, Pergola, Staircase waist and landing slab lintel, Sunshades, parapet cum drops, Steps, canopy, fin drops, window boxing slab, Loft, chajjas, Planter box, Deck slab and other similar works and other similar structures etc..using ordinary Portland cement of grade 53 from approved manufacturer, river sand, 20mm and down size coarse aggregates, necessary approved admixtures as per requirement and using fly ash content not excedding the 15 % in structural and non structural works excluding the cost of reinforcement grills, fabrication charges, shuttering and centering but including all leads and lifts, pumping using line pump or boom placer, scaffolding wherever necessary, laying, vibrating, finishing, curing etc all complete complying with relevant standard specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.. Mix Design Data has to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. before commencement of work. etc. complete. (Design mix shall be as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.)

Ground Floor
Providing and fixing reinforcement for RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) or equivalent HYSD bar of various diameters and grade of steel conforming to IS 1786 latest version specification including cutting and waste, bending, hoisting, fabricating and placing in position according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and providing precast cement concrete / approved PVC cover blocks for placing the reinforcements in position and for maintaining the cover specified and / or according to relevant IS codes.Rate to include transport from the plant to site of work etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.. Note : Unless noted otherwise the measurements in accordance with IS 1200. However reinforcement shall be measured only in lengths of bars as actually placed in position on standard weight basis, no allowance being made in the weight for rolling margin. Authorised laps and splices only will be measured. Chairs of any shape & profile, Spacer bar of any shape & profile, cover block, wastage and binding wire will not be measured and shall be included in the quoted rates. Quoted rate shall be deemed to have considered the above stipulation. Quoted rate to include lead, lift, placing at all levels and as directed.
Grade of reinforced steel - Fe 500 - TMT bars
Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc complete.

Columns,(Rectangular/Square/circular) chajjas, loft and sunshades etc for all floors
Providing and constructing Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry in cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement and five coarse sand ) 190mm thick for Super structure in the following floors using precast machine moulded blocks at all levels using standard size of 390 x 190 mm of solid cement concrete blocks with minimum compressive strength of 5N / Sq.mm conforming to IS 2185 or equivalent BS including all scaffolding, staging, curing, all lifts and leads etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.
Ground Floor
Providing and fixing welded M.S. grills to the openings,along the compound wall details as per drawing with necessary screws, bolts and fixed with necessary M.S. lugs embedded in masonry with C.C. 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly. Rate shall include for two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc phosphate primer, necessary tools & plants, welding and consumables, etc. complete, as directed. Design of grills and the size of members to be used shall be got approval before put into use & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position gates , bottom rail for gates, monkey ladders and all miscellaneous steel works as shown in the drg. or as directed by the Engineer at all heights and depths above and below finished floor level using MS angles channels, rails, tees, plates, flats, rounds, squares etc., of various sizes and other structural steel sections including, straightening, cutting, fabricating, welding, bending to shape bolting, fixing in position, welding to insert plate embedded in concrete and inclusive of the following finishes : I) Sand blasting as specified ii) 2 Coats of epoxy paint over one coat of red oxide primer. etc. all complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Plastering for external surfaces with 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand ) and as directed. Rate shall include for include for providing and fixing of GI plastermesh and corner bead inluding necessary hacking,staging,scafolding and curing at all levels and elevations and for providing drip bands / moulds / grooves to any size and shape as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..
Providing Acrylic emulsion paint - Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of Low VOC paint ( complying with all green rating systems) and of approved make and colour or equivalent make two or more coats as per manufacturers specifications and as directed. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding or staging etc.as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.
Providing, driving, installing in position of 4 kg pressure PVC pipe to be erected as piles to the true vertical and firmly erected into the ground along the alignment of the eastern side compound wall in the slushy, sandy or wet soil to the minimum depth of 5.0 m below the ground level at a spacing of 1500 mm centre to centre of pipe. The PVC pipe will act as a pile and hencce true verticality is to be maintained and the pipe is to be filled with M30 grade concrete to the full depth and providing 5 nos of 12 mm Tor steel as main reinforcement grill and tied with circular rings of 8 mm dia stirrups at 200 mm centre to centre. The main reinforcement shall be projected above the ground level to the minimum 600 mm and the same will be concreted with the toe beam of size 300 mm x 500mm including providing 5 nos of 16 mm reinforcement with 8 mm dia stirrups at 200 mm centre to centre. The rate shall include all materials for reinforcement, shuttering & concreting in pile and toe beam, PVC pipe, necessary tools and tackles, labours etc complete in all respects. The quoted rate shall also include necessary, stagging, scaffolding, dewatering if found nnecessary, removal of slush, equipments for pile driving, air compressor etc complete in all respects
Providing earthen nailing on the slopped earthen bund of the water retaining lake along the eastern boundary of the campus having the following sequence of work. Levelling and making up the undulations along the existing earthen bund to the required slope and gradient. Nailing of 16 mm dia Ribbed tor steel to the depth of 3.0m to 4.0m into the slopped earth at a spacing of 500 mm CTC on both direction. Such driven nails are to be projected 150 mm above the ground level so as to interconnect the nails with 10 mm dia longitudinal tie rods by welding spaced at 150 mm ctc. Then providing and laying of 50 x 50 x 2.6 mm size GI weldmesh along the slopped earth and the same is to be anhored firmly into the sloped earth using 8 mm dia hook rods and winding wires etc. Finally, shotcreting over the slopped earth using 1:3:2 (One cement three Fine aggregate (M Sand) and two coarse aggregate of 10 mm downgraded metal using jet air compressor with fine nozzle to the average thickness of not lesser than 75 mm as average thickness over the weldmesh layer.The rate shall include all toolss and tackles, equipments, air compressor, materials, labour, scaffolding, staging, dewatering, removal of slush if any, supports, welding, pouring, levelling, curing etc complete in all respects.
