Taking down rolling shutters including guide rail, spring, locking arrangements , riveting, cover dome etc exc 4.0 sqm but not exc 6.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle/channel/Flat iron or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening, fixing and locking arrangements confirming to Fe - 410 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.6 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting holes in brick walls/concrete wall in cement mortar for inserting hold fast and similar works etc. and making good to dismentalled portion in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in wall exc half brick but n exc one brick thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild Steel work as in hold fasts complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone Aggregate) as in bed blocks for hold fast complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/Replacing damaged components of rolling shutters of any size/overhauling by oiling, greasing of bearing and movable parts of rolling shutters of any size incl replacing of all unserviceable parts like flush butt welding of any broken members, spring, locking arrangements, anchoring rod , riveting to make the shutter absolutely in working condition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brushing greasing of steel window shutters by straightening of bended portion of the section and Z section including welding of broken hinges, handles, wind stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to steel gates/steel doors/sliding doors by straightening the bent portion and broken parts with welding and gas cutting including greasing all as directed by Engineer in charge. Incorporated items will be measured seperatly

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description as in parapet at 7th floor (at roof level) , kitchen slabs, shelves, chimney, window chajja etc not otherwise specifically provided for by mechanical means (like drill machine, Hilti, pneumatic chisel, etc) and making good with existing surfaces by CM plaster 1:4/PCC 1:2:4 adjoining of RCC junction roof slab edges and damaged portion of RCC member and including rubbish off the premises of MOD land complete all as specificed and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including rubbish off the premises of MOD land complete all as specificed and directed.

S&F in repair cast iron bends, elbows, Tee with or without door plate, etc of 100mm dia or diminishing pieces or tapers with lead joint laid (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm dia (bore of pipe) cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipe in any length, with or without ears with lead joint laid in trenches/floors or fixed to walls including takingout old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cast iron bends, elbows, Tee with or without cover plate, etc of 75 mm dia or diminishing pieces or tapers lead joint (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stack clamps suitable for 100 mm bore pipe, made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stay including bolts and nuts, securing ends of stays to wall or roof with concrete/cement mortar upto seven storey building etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) "CHAJJA" - 4mm thick of "Fibreways" brand or equivalent in required colour, size and design made by Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) Machine Technology, resulting in void free compact laminate in single piece, having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 nos vertically and 01 nos horizontally 50x2 mm thick M.S Flat with 12mm in built hole for grouting on the existing wall along with the 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically including all necessary fittings. The FRP Chajjas should be manufactured using unsaturated Polyster resin as per IS : 6746 duly reinforced with fibreglass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS: 11551 complete with pretective Gelcoat U/V coating on Top for complete resistance from the extreme of temparature , weather & Sunlight including demolition of existing RCC chajja and making good of demolation portion and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of Vegetation from unapproachable roof of block having plinth area not exc 400 sqm and surrounding walls by cutting shrubs, wild growth/tree not exc 30cm girth and removing complete vegetation growth from parapet including taking out roots from roof/brick walls and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 or CM 1:3 as directed by Engr-in-charge and disposing the rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including internal layer of terrazzo dado and mortar bedding removing rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified light coloured joint free tiles 600x600 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished , in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No 28 above but on vertical surfaces of wall over & incl CM(1:4) 10mm thick cement plaster etc. comnplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7 mm thick joint free as in vertical surfaces of wall as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick wall of concrete surfaces and finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured joint free non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement, laid over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed coloured reflective type pre cast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushion/sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in floors/pavings /plinth protection etc, finished even and fair (75mm thick) with using extra cement.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 22 mm thick as laid over cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spd & directed.

M&L in repair for 18 to 20mm thick black granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in window-cills, cooking platforms and like in including 15mm thick CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl polishing and making hole in the platform for gas connection complete and incl nosing of the edges half round complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia & above cut to length bent to shape required inculding cranking bending and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brick work built in Cement mortar and removing the debries beyond MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sinks made of stainless steel not less than 0.80 mm thick in kitchen with plugs, washers including coupling and waste pipe, fixed in RCC slab in kitchen and connecting to trap, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified.

M & L for 40mm upvc pipe complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. including short lengths, with all pipe fittings such as ends, elbows,Y Shape elbow ,unions, tees, reducing tees, adoptors, sockets, plugs, hose clips etc. and fixing to walls etc, complete with saddles (snap clips), wall clips, hooks, ® complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing in the same opening of loose/ displaced aluminium door frame with aluminium door shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n. exc. 4 Sqm each. The frame and shutter will be refixed in their original postion after carry out necessary repairs including all necessary fitting i.e. SS butt hinges, handle, rawal pluge screws complete all as specificed and directed..

M&L for pre-painted galvalum alumimium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall ,fixed with self tapping screws including taking down old AC sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs, any thickness incl cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris beyond MOD land complete all as spd & directed.

Scraping of old tar felt roof treatment over concrete padding of any thickness etc from roof incl finishes or junction or parapet and cleaning the surface (by mechanical means like grinder, etc) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding, kerb or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping, kneelers, kerb water tough and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angleswith water proofing compound surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed. (Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 160 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing incl applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as spd & directed. (Make Super thermolay manufactured by STP Ltd or 'Hyper Plas' (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or 'Shalipals' (polyster) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd) Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make / manufacturer. 3. The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65mm X 50mm size & making good in CM 1:3.

S & F in repairs plastic water closet seat cover white (Heavy duty), closed pattern with flat bottom, with mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device suitable for existing WC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connection pipe of 450mm long and 15mm size with brass nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in sunken floors, sub base floorv paving and any position and any thickness upto seven story building including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land) , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system.Prepration of surface of sunken portion and M & L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system as top coat over reinforcement over base coat etc supply and apply a protection plaster (12-15 mm) admixed withappropriate integral waterproofing compound @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement. The product should conforms to IS2645. Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles grinding any sharp edges including M&L for sealaing of pipe penetration of toilets core cutting in the following stages:- Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces. The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in filling in sunken floors of toilets complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. with necessary chemical / bleaching powder, capacity upto 500 ltrs including refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 500 ltrs capacity rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & 20mm dia tank nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door/window/ventilator frames with shutters not exc 1.50 sqm each (without taking off shutters from frame) all as specified.

Taking down door/window frames with shutters exc 1.50 sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm each (without taking off shutters from frame) all as specified.

S&F fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) factory made door frame shall be three legged of cross section 90mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F FRP factory made door shutter 30mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) moulded door shutter of required colour of approved brand and manufacturer made with retardant grade unsaturated poyester resin moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP panels and confirming to IS 14856-2000 supply and fixing in the frame at site complete all as per specification & drawing and as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame section for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung/top hung type without sash bars, partly fixed type, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) tower bolt , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium hollow section for 3 track sliding window with window frame and two glazed shutter and one nos glazed wire gauged shutter sliding type with aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr with 3 track for sliding window with framed shutter including aluminium alloy powder coated snap typed beads, handle aluminium glazing clips, cleats, rubber gasket etc including 4 mm thick tinted glass of superior quality and all standard fittings viz . runner, locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium powder coated ventilator, bottom portion fixed type and upper portion have louver type glass without sash bars with aluminium section of weight not less than 0.55 kg/RM including glazing, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium beads in square n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium grill of powder coating of minimum 50 micron with aluminium mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm with square tube solid 6 mm thick including aluminium channel of suitable size thickness of channel 1.5 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors 15 mm bore including cutting chases, pinning in brick wall cutting n.exc 10 cm girth and making good to facings where required and pointing in CM 1:3 including taking out old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors 20 mm bore including taking out old pipes complete all as specified and directed. (Note for all items) The work shall be carriedout in multistories bldgs upto 7th storeys and necessary sacffolding and safety measures be taken and cost of these aspect shall deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra payments will be given on this account.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 205830.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
