M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protection all as specified and as directed.

M & L for filling in position 80/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand for expansion joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in surface channels and drains in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two coats of 10 mm and 5 mm thick) on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:3 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for preparation, laying and testing of elastomeric bituminous coating system based on bituminous emulsion, polymer and additive conforming to ASTM C 836 (“Dr. Fixit Solyseal" or equivalent of M/s Fosroc, M/s STP Limited) over the substrate including application of one coat of primer (solyseal 1 : water 1) followed by two coats of solyseal applied @ 0.90 kg/sqm/coat sandwiched with open woven glass fibre of mesh 2 mm X 2 mm or PE based spun bound fabric of 40 gsm complete as per manufacturer specification in sunken portion and as specified.

S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa" pattern, size 580 mm X 440 mm white with ‘P’ or ‘S' trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests, any pattern and including fixing bolt, connector to flush pipe, lime concrete bedding and making connections to flush pipe, connector to branch pipe and anti syphonage pipes etc. including sealing the joints and making leak proof using sealant complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 10 litres capacity, low level, syphonic type, white, plastic flushing cistern as per IS 7231: 1994 with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and 40 mm nominal dia high density polyethylene pipes for flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

M & L for 6 mm thick plain fibre cement flat sheets type B, any category as per IS 14862: 2000 (non-asbestos) building boards, cured in HPSC (high pressure steam curing ) process, highly chemical stabilised, design and texture as approved of Make Armstrong/Everest/ Ramco, fixed to timber/GI /Aluminium framework with screw in ceilings flat or sloping complete all as specified as by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) IN roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work

M & L cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as levelling course of roof padding finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down existing treatment of any description and any layer from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 over RCC slab mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction all as specified. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP modified bituminous water proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement and plain finish of 3 mm thick (not less than 3.8 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25° C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc. and including applying bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.125 Kg / sqm on finished APP surface complete all as specified and as directed.
