Supply and filling Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, packing in 45 KG. PLASTIC DRUMS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Manhar Technologies/Hibride/Avon

Testing of Sewage Treated water as per relevant IS of STP , submission of detailed test report before and after treatment of water. Testing should be done from Govt approved laboratory Test report indicates the following parameters :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. Note: Testing to be done in 1st week of every month.

Periodical Cleaning of Oil & Grease Strap tank, Equilization tank, CCT Tank, sludge tank & Treated water tank of 250 KLPD Plant complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Cleaning shall be carried out by the following methods (i) Removing all the existing water from the tank through tankers (ii) Cleaning inner surface of tank by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud & sludge collected inside the tanks manually at a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs. (iiI) Washing with clean water & bleaching powder mixture complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge. (iii) Labour and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved by the PCB (iv) All Safety measures to be taken by the contractor for doing the cleaning.

Make: Supreme/diplast/kisan Note: Compressor joint and all other joint included in this quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5M in depth and getting only out in hard soil/standing complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in trenches including spreadin, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in each layer of oil complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at l level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr - in Charge

Supplying , installing , testing and commissioning in replacement of Chlorine dosing pump of high pressure single head gear motored adjustable dosing pump model 96 NGQ 51 of declibec of potter and watt with accessories including lead, connecting nuts, injection check valve, clay weight, ferrule, dosing system Model Ads-1 of declibec or equivalent of potter and watt consisting of 100 Ltrs PE/FRP tank with PE/FRP lid, level gauge, single phase electric motor and agitator with shaft and blade mounted on tank, lid must have port hole pouring granular chlorination chemical and water when necessary. Lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall including inlet and out let connection with 15mm dia heavy graded PVC pipe and connected fitting with 15mm dia gate valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L complete for drilling hole under hard standing /road in different location as per site requirement (between 03 mtr to 12mtr maximum) for laying of HDPE pipe by means of bookle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting and taking out unserviceable copper wire windings from the rotor grooves of the 10 HP submersible motor, cleaning the grooves/ rotor with chemical reagent, re – winding the same with super enamelled PVC insulated copper wire of suitable gauge (Approx Kgs - 7.5) including teflon tape insulating paper jointing material etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate included taking out & refixing of pump & motor from the sump.

M&L for cutting and taking out unserviceable copper wire windings from the rotor grooves of the 15 HP submersible motor, cleaning the grooves/ rotor with chemical reagent, re – winding the same with super enamelled PVC insulated copper wire of suitable gauge (Approx Kgs - 9.5) including teflon tape insulating paper jointing material etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate included taking out & refixing of pump & motor from the sump.

M&L for overhauling of submersible pumps of any type/make, rotor turning and grinding including dismantling and re-assambling of pump and replacing the unserviceable items of the pumps after checking the serviceability of the pumps of 10 HP capacities.(Note:- New part which are rquired for replacement of new part shall be measured as "supply only " and paid under following items)
